BET365- Games down...Live Chat Rant.

So last thursday I made a deposit at Bet365 for the first time in a few months.
See new games! so I Click on Dragon Kingdom- Then I get the error:

Sorry, there is no response from the gaming server.
Please contact Customer Support at support-eng@customerservices365.com for immediate assistance.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


So I Live chat..

After 20 minutes of the slowest CSR chat I have EVER been in- they tell me to Live chat with Tech support.

So Off I click on the tech support link (That the CSR Provided me).

Again- the slowest response from a CSR I have ever witnessed.

After another 20 minutes of the slowest response's- he basically said it was my computer and that there was nothing wrong with there server..
He told me to shut down my computer, and clear cookies etc.. (Even though I tried 2 different PC's- and same errors)

So I did as he told- Logged back in- Same error...
So after a bunch of runaround- i get connected to the same CSR again.
The Guy doesn't remember me- and asking me the same GD questions as the previous chat that lasted a Frickin eternity.

Fed up, I say screw it- Play at 3dice instead..

So Today I login to see if problems fixed (on yet again, a different PC)

Same error as last week.. LOL

Seems like it's all new games in the lobby.. Old ones are fine..

Or maybe it's all 3 of my PC's..:rolleyes:

Its working fine on my end. Its strange because sometimes online casinos dont work with me either
 
Dragon Kingdom is a Playtech slot, whilst many other at bet365 are made by IGT. Perhaps there's a licensing issue with Canada and players from there can't play certain slots.

Not sure, just spitballing.

Never thought of that.. Thats Prob what it is.. Would have been nice for CS to clue me in on that..
 
I went last night, kept happening to me. Live chat swore up and down the problem was on my end with my internet connectivity. I'm like, uh, well, I'm chatting with YOU arent I? Completely unhelpful and terrible time playing

Awwwww Yes..

I almost forgot why I stopped playing there! But I Just remembered:

I had a decent win like 4 months ago- Requested a withdrawl - went through the verification process etc etc..
5 days later I checked the status-
What do you know- it's still available for reversal-
So I asked chat what was going on- They said that since I used instadebit for the deposit, it would take 10 BUSINESS days for them to verify that my deposit had cleared--
Ummmm ok...

Chat wouldn't flush it either- They clearly wanted me to reverse it.

Absolute Horse shit if you ask me..

So Off I went and played max bet on Hulk trying to get that F'n marvel bonus..
I'm sure you know where my balance ended up..

I just don't have the discipline...

Funny that you got that to load... I tried again ALL weekend and still get the error-- So instead, I tried my luck at the Marvel progressive.. and guess what?? I Got in!!!!!!

now lets see how long they take to pay (Deposited through Prepaid MoneyMart Visa)..
the Fricking withdrawl is still sitting there just beggin me to cancel it.. It's been sitting there since saturday afternoon..
