I believe it should be noted that i have had 2 really positive experiences with payouts to 2 casinos another is pending.. TBC

1st 32red...awesome service they transferred my funds to skrill within 8 hours of my request. this was my first withdrawal and first day playing 10+ rating.

2nd Pinnaclesports betting i played their slots and they at first claimed i hadnt wagered enough which was bs they verified it was a system error and transferred funds to my instadebit within minutes again first withdrawal on my second day of setting up my account. i give them a plus for this i have read poor reviews from them.. i had a great experience.

3rd which is pending.... Casino.com requested a withdrawal as i had finally won after a month of playing, deposit after deposit never questioned until a withdrawal request sent docs said they never got them online chat isn't helpful although i called and spoke to a lady who was helpful.
I have resubmitted and will be advised within 72 hours.

I had to speak to a manager as there was many unknowns as i deposited with instadebit and online said they will not pay me via instadebit? while before i deposited they stated it would be.
Manager confirmed it would... we will see.

I know a lot of people don't like playtech, but lets face it the games look much better than MG.

I feel its important for all to know about the positives, hopefully the trend continues lol

If not i will update on the 3rd witdrawal.

Ps i now stay away from the bonuses it makes it impossible to get through at times, and if i do make it through greed takes over and i think the next one will hit hahahaha.... wrong

so I've just learned that I have finally passed the verification process... finally

now i have been told i need to wait up to 72 hours for payment.

followed by an email requesting a picture of the back of a prepaid non reloadable credit card with my signature... this CC was not used for the attempted withdrawal, the deposit which i gained my winnings was funded through instadebit?? possibly a ploy to delay further, luckily i still had the card laying around.

so i may need to give them another 72 hours on top of my original quote..

we will see, seems very disorganized, i will advise upon receipt of payment.

Well - The Forum here has a lot of Casinos and members here can share their experiences.

I would steer clear of Casino.com once you receive your payment.
