Wow, that's all you have to know about this establishment. It's quite insane that it's not a requirement in all licensing regions. Yeah we have all your favorite games except you're gonna be playing against a doubled house edge and we're not even telling you about it. Maybe not an outright scam but pretty god damn close.

I have already played a lot here and I really do like the place.
Even last night, Sunday late I received my WD within 30 minutes.
Impressive.

But I do agree with other posters @Bao casino , why so mysterious about your RTP settings for PnG games.
I tested them and they feel pretty tight compared to casinos where the have the max RTP on offer.
I have nothing bad to say about you guys and would recommend the casino to friends but I will not touch any of your PnG games with a barge pole unless I know what RTP is on offer. It is like buying a bottle of alcohol not knowing what the ingredients are.
PnG is very challenging even on higher settings so if they are on the lower side I will avoid these.

Yeah all other providers have the RTP% in their respective help files :-)
Only PnG is omitted by BAO Casino. So I simply won't play PnG there.

For the rest no complaints.
Had already a good few withdrawals and always processed within 30 minutes.

That's odd innit :confused:, still maybe if enough customers follow your lead, and don't play PnG there they'll have a change of mind eventually.

I don't know why one would like to hide the RTP settings for certain slots.
I assume they can do this with their license in Curacao.
Videoslots recently started to offer lower RTP versions of PnG slots due to higher overhead costs and taxes but at least the RTP % are still listed in the help files.
So I do not play PnG there either anymore because 84% ish is rubbish, wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

I suspect BAO Casino is running the lowest RTP versions available, otherwise no reason to keep deflecting and avoiding the questions here about it.

Again, I have a great time so far at BAO and have nothing to complain about but PnG is a no go for me there.

Yeah I think basing your business model on slots around the 94% mark is bound to fail if other casinos offer higher rtp slots, Captain venture the favourite of many a streamer is around that mark but the gase game will take apart a balance in no time. I was thinking to re-energise the slotting scene the rtp should go up around the 98% mark not down. People will find other things to spend their money on if they get little playtime and come away feeling ripped off.

Yes Hong Kong is welcome, Netent is restricted and they do have a lot of deposit and withdraw options, I was just talking to live chat and asked for you :)

She believes Ecopayz will work as well as Visa :thumbsup:

Yeah, Im waiting for the update as well.

And while you are updating the terms you can delete The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises from the list. The 2 games aren't available anymore for some years now.

We have updated the terms already, removing all the information that is no longer applied. Feel free to check it out :)
 
As some of you have suggested I think Meister Minions can also gather information about the RTP setting a casino has and that info should be included in the review of that casino.
It is not that hard because we already know the providers that offer different RTP settings and it is only a few. We also have a list of the available settings.

If no such info is provided we can assume it is the lowest available.

And a heads up for all players at Bao: If you don't want to get bonus banned don't use bonus for more than 50% of your deposits, it is in the terms.

I have a very good first experience playing. But verification delay is nightmare. Also they keep ‘declining withdrawal’.. withdrawal unsuccessful due to processor? What’s mean.. you take all my deposit without problem. I’m well over the ‘we aim to process instant or in 30 mins’ . And all this time, withdrawal is still pending and can be reversed. Anyways.. overall a good experience except withdrawal thing. I’ve come play there only because CM talk about Baocasino.

Remember that CM have just made a review about them. That doesn't mean they are ok. Just a review.
 
Tried out this one today with a $20 deposit and a 100% bonus. Played min. stakes eg. 0.10 or 0.20 all the way but still managed to clear the bonus with playthrough $800 with a $100 profit. Submitted docs was rejected because id was a pdf so resubmitted. Money was in my ecopayz account within 10 minutes thereafter. Not a bad experience. Will surely return for more. Now I am off to my horse racing.
 
Tried this casino out yesterday, made 2 deposits and won on the second one, withdrawal got delayed for some time and there was an issue regarding my verification. I'm a US citizen but have residence in Barbados. My withdrawal was paid and subsequently my account was closed as they don't accept citizens of the countries on their restricted countries list.

Now that's class. Paid and then closed account for a valid reason. Some others would give you the runaround just not to pay.
 
I lavished praise on this casino and understand that for all non-bonus deposits you need to wager your deposit 3x before a withdrawal. No problem since its in their terms but the recent incident shows their shady side. I deposited $25, lost everything and then proceeded to deposit another $25. I though I had met all wagering ie $75 and went off withdrawing $73. I was told I need to wager $63 more. I protested and was then told they erred and I need to wager $13 more. Now they say the support staff gave me a wrong answer and I need to wager $63 more. The wagering is insignificant but they have been pretty inconsistent. Furthermore, they are now saying I need to wager 3x the total deposits I made since my last withdrawal. When bonuses are involved everything starts from scratch once it is a 0 balance. If I lose a deposit and then make a new one surely the 3x should be on the new deposit. I thought this was a good casino but I am having second thoughts. The wagering is peanuts but the principle is important.

Yes, 3x on all deposits. Even if you reach 0 on your previous deposits, wagering is carried over. Say if you made 3 $100 deposits but busted andd then made a 4th deposit of $100 you need to have wagered a total of $1200 before you can withdraw. NUTS AINT IT?

It should be first deposit to wager 3x and any future deposits no wagering only with bonus.

I can understand it if there are wagering requirements on deposits with no bonus since they need to pay a fee to credit card providers and ewallets for deposits but when the balance is zeroed out the wagering should only to subsequent deposits.

agreed - no subsequent straight deposit should have carry-over
I may not like it as once you become a frequent depositor, they should use 0 or 1x wagering (2 -5 x is ugly but bearable) but to carry over previous WR on fresh bonus-free deps is a joke at best, rogue at worst and I cant imagine an accreditation with such a condition

I bust on my deposits very often as I like to wager my whole deposit on live games eg. baccarat. If I win I then play some slots and enjoy with tiny bets. However, I could easily lose 5-6 straight deposits in a row. If the wagering is carried over I might need to wager thye new deposit 10x or 12x.
 
just a quick conversion question , i deposited at BAO Casino using BTC and now have 0.15748563 BTC in my account , after opening a game its shows i have 157,485.63 #BTC (see screenshot) - the maximum allowed bet when using a bonus is 0.0015 BTC. So what does that mean here - whats the equal of 0.0015 btc in #BTC ? Its too much for my head lol - thank you for figuring out!

EDIT : figured it out myself its 1500 of that #BTC , strangely it gives error messages when you try to bet more than 1000 in the crypto games so the max bet is set at 0.001 BTC in fact...

Bao played host to my most recent grudge match with a slot. Par for the course for me, rather true to form. Sometimes I win, sometimes I lose, but that's what keeps it interesting.

After a little over $300 in deposits however, I have yet to clear the first stage of the map (10FS reward) and my standard checkin with live chat to see what they have on offer for goodwill/freeplay after a down session was met with an apology that there was nothing available.

Certainly out of character for direx sites, many of the others I play at will happily toss out some spins after only a couple small deposits.. to be met with no goodwill offer at all will certainly play a major role in where Bao falls on the list for future deposits.

Otherwise site runs well, no issues with slots, live support was prompt in their response even if it was one that I wasn't overly satisfied with.
 
Just a heads up this casino owes me $8000 and is making it almost impossible to get paid. I deposited via EcoPayz and when I went to withdraw after verifying my account there is now "technical problems" for the last 3 days that prevent them from paying me via EcoPayz, and they don't know what they are or have any idea when they will be fixed.

This was after my withdrawal was rejected two other times, first because I hadn't verified my email (which I had), and second because the withdrawal amounts were not in small enough increments (which I fixed, but again the withdrawal was returned). I have offered them alternatives such as BTC or Wire to no avail - so be forewarned about this casino. I can provide proof for all of the above if necessary - thanks Casino Meister.

I feel sorry for the addicts that are going to be signing up to weak jurisdiction casinos like this that can't be arsed to write accurate terms and conditions and point blank refuse to divulge the RTP of their slots.

I also think that a grey zone review really serves as more of a tacit endorsement than a warning to tread carefully. Same goes for the others piling in with ringing endorsements... people are going to read those comments and pile in. Such a shame because we know how this story ends.
