Marriage I suppose. Not sure wot I can offer, looking for answers really to some CASINO queries I have. Been playing/losing at online casinos about 10 years now and as far as I'm concerned been ripped off a number of times without doing, or knowing I can do anything about it. So that's me
 
I don't know if they're accredited or not. One of them advertises on TV so I would have thought so. In wot section do/can I make a complaint. Sick of talking to intimidating, useless 'live chat'.

So who can I talk to about a complaint??

If the casino is accredited, you first pm the appropriate rep (under i-gaming reps, top of page).
If you can't find resolultion, you can post your complaint for tips or advice.

Your last option is a PAB (Pitch A Bitch).
You can find these throughout the forum using search.
 
Seems a lot of hassle to complain about these conmen. For years they've been ripping not just me, and having all this hassle to complain is ridiculous. Do that/try this/contact them.. No wonder they do it if u have to go thru all this bs. Unbelievably protected. They steal money and I gotta do this/do that. It's pathetic

Seeing as we've only your side, it's rather the point of it all. You may well be right but noone here knows that.

If you've a valid complaint:

Contact the rep - that's why they'res here.
No resolution or no rep, post your complaint.
Unresolvable, PAB if able - check the PAB FAQ's

Sorry b1llyab00, but you came here and asked for help.

The forum has clear rules to follow with casino complaints and have a very high percentage in successful resolution of legitimate claims in favor of the player.

If you find it ridiculous to write a short PM to a possible rep of the casino in question and reading some PAB FAQ's then please go and look somewhere else for help.

We keep a friendly and polite tone here on the forum and are always trying to help, especially new members, but certainly not with this kind of attitude.

As I said, sorry for sounding angry and thanx for talking but it seems if I have an opinion of my own it upsets u. I don't understand when I say contact a rep. Also sounds as if Ur calling me a liar. Why would I bother with all this if I was lying. Seriously??? If u can tell me where to go to answer my questions then I will go. No wonder I havnt BOTHERED complaining before. (and prob millions of others). They cheat and steal, and if my opinion isn't liked by Ur good self, well tough sir.

Wow your attitude truly stinks! If this is your introduction god knows what you are a like a bad day!

This is the number 1 place where if you get a problem with a casino and it is legit and the casino is willing to engage you can be sure to get the best help possible. Not only with the PAB process but also by the many helpful members here. But with that tone I highly doubt anyone would even attempt to assist!

We welcome people to come here and post complaints. All we ask is that you read the policies on posting complaints (Vortran's welcoming PM), and spend a few minutes familiarizing yourself with the site.

If you have been ripped off - like you said - I'm sure we can get to the bottom of it. Casinomeister has been processing complaints for online casinos since its inception and has done so over 5000 times.

Besides that - there is a whole hell of a lot of other stuff going one here besides complaining. Enjoyable things like the webmasts, slot discussions, newsletters, free beer etc.

NORTHERN LIGHTS CASINO.
Whilst winning around £1300, by basically checking out diff slots. There were 2/3 inparticular slots that I was playing more than others because of the big wins I was getting. It was a pleasant and welcome change compared to my other experiences. I tried to withdraw but ALL it said was I had to deposit 1st. I found this strange but the live chat had mysteriously cut off. I went back to slots and found that I couldn't play the 2/3 I was winning on before. I checked it on laptop and mobile but nothing. Error mess after error mess. I opened up other casinos and had absolutely no problems playing these games. I know it would be hard to prove but it stinks as far as I'm concerned

I was playing a slot called '4 Reel kings' when I got a bonus round, all 5 Kings showed up (max) . I had to sort something out and left the room for 5 mins. When I came back the laptop was off because the lead had fell out. I immediately switched , opened CASINO and went back to the slot to find that I no longer had a bonus round. I've complained and given them the time, date, slot name, game No. everything they could poss need but it's nearly a week and all I get is 'our tech team are trying to solve it'.

I have no experience with NLC as it is UK only but they are part of the Nektan Group which does ring a rather negative bell in my head. might be wrong though as i am still on my first coffee :rolleyes:

From what i understand you took the 5GBP NoDeposit Welcome bonus and tried to withdraw. Their T&C's state that you have to register a payment method first before withdrawing and that usually means making a small deposit. Here are the T&C's:

As for the technical issues, that sounds really strange.

I let my fellow UK members chime in on this one as i have no experience with Nektan owned casinos.

EDIT: A rep from them has registered with CM but was never active.

This casino is part of the Game Tech Group n.v and there have been a number of complaints about them (enter Euromoon in the search box on the top right)

Usually with game malfunctions they have to check with the slot provider. This can take 2-3 days, maybe sometimes a week depending what kind of fault it was and how easy they can sort it.

I had a similar fault 3 weeks ago but this was with a CM accredited casino and they got it sorted in less than 24hrs, in fact less than 10hrs.

Indeed many casinos demand that you have to make a small deposit to register the e-wallet/cc as withdrawal options. It is how they verify it is yours, usually a 10$/GBP deposit is all that is needed. If you trust the casino then it is no problem.

However, some years back i have been fooled by 2 rogue casinos where i made the minimum deposit of 20/25$ to get my withdrawal processed and i saw neither the money from my withdrawal nor what i deposited. :mad: :eek: Since then i only play at places i can fully trust, publicly listed like 32RED or accredited ones from CM e.g Videoslots, Bet-AT/Slotty Vegas, Guts, Energy to name a few.

Strange about the games working only at lower stakes. I heard this before where the casino limits the bet size, same like a bookie limiting the stakes. It is in their T&C's, hence they can do it at their own will.

An update on CasinoBordeaux issue.

Was 1st of all contacted with an email just saying they had looked into it and ALL was fine.
Not being happy with that I asked if they could name the slot in question. No reply.
I have now been emailed 2wice by some kinda manager, who's been asked to look into it. He tells me he has. Has the correct slot, even the game No. with wot looks like some dodgy print-out PROVING that all is well. UNFORTUNATELY, the amounts he has quoted are either a guess or a blatant lie. It is IMPOSSIBLE to win ALL the amounts he stated simply because the slot doesn't pay like that.
He's replied, sounding quite bossy that all is well. I've just replied.

Well thats the Bordeaux complaint done and sorted. They say all is fine, so obviously i must be wrong. Whats the point of complaining again???
Ive since played the same slot AND it doesnt just carry on playing unless its on AUTO. IT WASNT.
The amounts that they say were paid, are amounts that are impossible to be paid. They said money was paid into account, and altho i cant prove it, im pretty certain that it wasnt and that i would have noticed any change. If one (anyone), of the thousands of online casinos are willing to blatantly rip people off with a scam like that, what else are they willing to do and exactly what is it they can do????

Hi all. I'm sure I'm doing this all wrong and am a bit lost on site. Anyway. CasinoBordeaux has said that the bonus round 'did play on' and my win, which was paid into my account = €16.79. It is impossible for this to be the amount. The slot doesn't pay/play like that. They say its right and I shit out. Not right. Northern lights haven't explained anything, just closed my account and no answers to ANY questions I asked them. So I shit out. Not right.
My latest 'online casino grievance is not actually a complaint about any casino but PAYSAFECARD. I purchased a £50 voucher but when I tried to use it, I was informed that I'D made a mistake when in fact the guy in garage never asked if I wanted an over 18. So I took it back (5 miles) to be told that the guy has gone now and I'll have to come back when the night shift starts.

So I couldn't play that night. (Which infuriates me. I will and want to play When I Say, not them).
Midnight, I drove back to garage and explained to original guy. He just printed out an over 18 voucher and away I went. I explained to him that the 'under 18 voucher amount' was in my account but no good to me so when u speak to them, tell them to take it back. Problem sorted.
2/3 days later I decided to have another spin but intended playing diff casinos. Before I drove back to garage, I checked my PAYSAFECARD account and all was fine. BALANCE £50.11. Under 18 voucher still visible.
Bought another 50 voucher and added the amount to balance. £100.11.
Opened casino and tried to deposit but was told that my account had been suspended and NO transactions will/can be made. I WAS FURIOUS.
Contacted them several times to be told that unless I send I.D, picture and proof of address my account will remain suspended and that's that.
I'VE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG AND WILL NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. They've kept my money and IM STILL FURIOUS.
Can they do this ???? SURELY NOT. Please advise

They wont stiff you if you played by the rules.
I took a 600% bonus on a tenner at chomp, got a big hit on Miss Kitty straight away.
Didnt dip into bonus, so forfeited bonus and they paid fine.
Didnt have to deposit again though

Well they did 'stiff me' as u call it. I call it fucking ROBBERY. I got no answers to why it happened. I am now being ignored. Why am I the LIAR. I'm not robbing anyone and all I ask is for an honest explanation. My account is now closed and I've lost any comps (if they do comps). So wot have I gained by complaining. F/all.
I done all the testing that I could do even tho its not my job and still I get treated like a twat. Explain or meet me face to face and then treat me like a twat. Then I could get some satisfaction
