My only experience in real mode on this slot is from the 50 free spins at 32red. It paid around 101% RTP but as soon as those 50 spins were over I had no real desire to carry on.

I felt I was familiar with the game even though it was my first time playing it. I personally don't care about a slots theme or animations so long as the actual game play is exciting or at least mildly amusing. It had neither. It's a combination of older games mixed into one. I saw nothing unique.

This game will appeal to new players and it gives the casino something to market for the next few months. An experience player will get bored of this game very fast and quickly move back to their old favourites.

I'm at ICE so not played it yet but 2 things about this thread are interesting:

1) the bonus features are obviously rare which suggests to me that there are decent wins available in the normal game and
2) everyone that hit a nice win in their first session likes it, everyone who didn't hates it LOL

Thats the thing though Simmo, it does appear quite a few people have been unlucky so far but the slot has only been out one day and not everyone can get great play time or win highly on it. I think you will enjoy it yeah

I happen to be one of the few lucky ones so far it seems. It`s the only slot I played on all day yesterday and yeah ok it is a little slow, but I certainly cant complain about the features I have had. I`ve been through every bonus round right to the end 4 times so far and ive had some very nice wins on it. Loads of features, and to me the payout tables aernt that bad. As I said in a previous post I had a hit of 500 odd on a 0.60 bet, without a bonus round just by landing 2 wild reels and the avalaon lady in the middle. There have been several bonus rounds where I have won well over 200x my stake and there have been rounds ive won zip. Its just how it is, like any slot, your either lucky or your not.

It's definitely very low variance - I haven't been counting, but I must be getting close to 2000 spins on it now - and my balance has barely changed.
I've had about 6 bonus features I think (just got one more to go) - all bar 2 have paid reasonably IMO (around bet x 50 = the same sort of thing as Galaxy Grab and Jason - which I like).
This is the sort of slot you need to play with as high stake as you dare - definitely not for low-rolling as you'll likely NEVER hit a decent win.
I've been playing mostly at $1.50 - throwing in a few now and again @ $3.
Visually it's fabulous - but with the apparent lack of big-win potential, I think many players will soon get bored and move on...

BTW, I notice at 32Red that the max bet is $7.50/spin. I don't know if that's because I have a bonus in play though - anyone else got a higher maximum?

Sorry KK, disagreement here. This slot is definately NOT low variance. The potential for astronomical wins on this slot is very apparent but they come round very rarely. My biggest win so far is 950 times my bet and that was by no means a top paying win with only 3 stacks of wild on a normal spin. Add the fact you can get upto 5 stacks plus the possibility of Merlin x the win by 4 and you could be looking at serious money here.

If we look at the paytable, and assuming a full screen of wilds is possible, that would pay 16200xBet. So then this looks more like an insane version of Lotr/girls with guns.
I too have been surprised by how little my balance have changed during my play.

This isn't low variance at all, it's TDK variance without the progressive. Same kind of small useless wins with the potential of very big wins that you feel you'll never get.

The difference is the bonus rounds; with TDK they almost all suck but aren't capped. With this one they capped some of them but on the others (like rolling reels) you have a better chance to win something decent than on TDK's so it even outs.

That`s 300 wagered, no bonus round and no higher 5OAK. So yeah, I think Betsafe is on the safe side

Yes, but this slot seems to have a different bonus format, and so far the consensus seems to suggest bonus rounds are hard to hit. I had one in 1k spins, and a few others have had similar bad luck on it. It provide some reassurance if it were proven to be the usual 150-ish though.
So far it's been as tight as a gnat's a$$.

Started on this with a 64 quid balance.
Done 2000 spins and features dropping in not too long inbetween.
Only had 4 of a kind of one character symbol.
Best hit in base game is 33 x bet, best hit on feature is 68 x bet on rolling reels.
Had my balance go up to just over 100, but getting the last feature is taking a long time, its hardly bringing 2 scatters in let alone 3.
Balance now at 60, so all in all with 2000 spins on minimum 30p bet, I have lost just 4 quid

Yes, there's great potential as with any other 243-liner. Visually great but very slow. Seems impossible to hit four or more of a character in base game. And the scatters are streaky. Three times i've hit the bonus within 100 spins and twice it's gone for more then 1k spins. Way too hard to hit the bonus.

The picking features SUCKS. Rolling Reels SUCKS. Trailing Wilds meh. Pick a Wild meh.
