I recognise the voice of the narrator on this.
It's a well known Australian comedian.
Well known for taking his comedy too far. He has been in and out of court for things like publicly insulting people with disabilities etc.

You can see one case when he and his pals went overboard making fun of dying kids;

You know this ^*()_) sickens me to see this.
That Australian comedian can eat shit & die.
It's to bad that guy does not have a child like this.
I would like to see what he would have to say on that one if he did.
It's just a shame how people can do this.
I will tell you this.
I wish everyone can take my job for one day in the children's wing & I bet they would have a better out look in life.
And I also tell everyone if you can make a trip to St. Jude
