Astralbet dismal service/withdrawal issues

I don't even know what to say other than terrible service and slow/almost non responsive.

I opened a new account last week, made a $250 deposit using Interac (Canadian debit), I never take bonuses, won a substantial amount (5 figures), I go to withdrawal and the page states no withdrawal options available, I suspect its my documents which I send and they get approved in under 12 hours, live chat says everything good, I go back to the withdrawal page and still no options available, go back to live chat and they ask for a screen shot which I email in.

24 hours and no response, I PM Gia and she gets back to me next day (time difference major factor, no slight to Gia), Gia responds that she will let the Astralbet people know, I finally get a response that I cannot withdrawal via Interac which I knew anyway but can take an Ecopays withdrawal after I make a $20 deposit first....WTF??

They say their withdrawal page is working normal, there is no direction at all, nothing tells me to go to Eco or any other method, just no options available.

I respond that I do not have nor want an Eco account and to setup my account with a bank wire, I already have this account setup with GoWild and Wild Jackpots, 10 hours and no response from my email.

Long story short.....they still have my money, I still cannot withdrawal and they do not answer emails in a timely manner, if I hadn't contacted Gia who knows how long I would have waited for a response.

In some fora GoWild and sister casino Astralbet are on the warning list due to unfair and predatory bonus terms. Yet, they are still accredited here, so you should get paid. Indeed horrible service, making it extremely difficult to cash out.

Go Wild was my second casino that I had ever been to. I played there for two months, lost 6k. Never once and I mean never did i get over my deposit. Not even by a dollar. Still wet behind the ears so I didnt know better, but I swore I would never go back there even if they paid me. And I never did. That was probably 6 years ago? When they first opened.

Seriously.....I have been playing for the better part of 20 years and I will be fucked if I let a casino dictate my withdrawal methods, especially with the amount I deposit monthly, how about pay me the money you owe me with a method that every casino has been using since the invention of the wheel and be done with it.

And get nothing, much like your profile there is no PAB or issues with mine, I pay my money, dont take bonuses and expect to be paid without hassle......lesson for newbies, stick with VS or Energy, almost instant withdrawals

Still no reply from Astralbet or GolWild finance, however I made a w/d at VS, it took less than an hour to process........why do I deviate???

This is a game for Astralbet to see if I will play my balance down, its a dirty game.......There is no chance in hell I will play it down.

Sadly now you will have to wait till Monday. No processing on weekends.

Same thing at gowild.
But weirdly two or three times my withdrawal was processed without the 48 hour pending period. Was processed within a few hours.

So I get tired of dealing with the one email response per day and against my will I make an Eco deposit as they asked so I can now make an Eco withdrawal, make the dep, go to withdrawal and it wont let me, says I have an $800 wagering requirement.....now seriously WTF, I NEVER play with bonuses and never took nor received one, go to live chat and they told me I have unfinished spins on Jetsetter and Spring Break, even if I did without a bonus what would it matter, nevertheless I go and spin out on Spring Break and Jetsetter, now the rollover is $740, chat asks me to clear my cache and respin, do that and now my w/r is $720.......

Finally the chat rep manually removes it and I make my withdrawal on Saturday to Eco......and its still pending.

What a monumental fuck around, how on earth do they expect to retain players with this kind of nonsense, I made 3 withdrawals from VS on Sat and Sun and the money was in my bank account today.
