why are my deposits pre auth, I have been playing here for years and a verified player why all of a sudden this??? And why doesn't customer service get back to you ASAP? when I deposit I want to play NOW not have to wait for casino to auth. and ok deposit... that's just BS!!! Starting to wonder WHY inetbet is on accredited list? Also why are there so many complaints about this casino on Emily's (casino rep) CM page and she has not responded? inetbet has one of the WORST customer service dept. and SLOW as heck..seems like they don't care about customers anymore!

:( Sory Lisa, Typial male here appreciating a good looking woman is all. my cross to bare.

I do understand what you are saying though in reference to inetbet.

There have been countless threads about them not having onine chat or a number to call them on.

Are you saying that when you make a deposit that it sits pending until one of the operators approve it?

The pre-auth issue usually happens if the card processor or the link between the processor and the casino is broken.

Most times it does not come out of your card account until the casino verifies the purchase, although it did happen once to me and it took a few days to sort it out.

It is not something Inetbet would have implemented from their end. In fact, it could actually be related to your brand of card changing their rules (has happened to me also)

Oh yeah Lisa - nice dress you're almost wearing ;)

@Same_Old - I have Fedexed a large bucket of iced water to you to apply immediately upon receipt. :D

I have received this message previously from rtg casinos when my deposit was declined due to the cc not being accepted.

I tried to deposit, this weekend to inetbet with my normal cc-and it was declined. Very unusual. Chat or a telephone number would be very helpful in these type of situations.

My card (NetSpend) was also declined this weekend at Inetbet. This will be old news to some of you, but, I never got the email you all got from NS regarding this (and still haven't btw). I was able to make 2 deposits after I saw the posts here about NS cutting others off. I guess they just caught up with me. I've got one other thing to try, and, if that doesn't work, or proves to be prohibitively expensive (ie EWX), I guess I'm done.

I completely understand Same_Old, thx for compliment (wink) and yes, that is what happened I had to wait for inetbet to ok transaction and I got an e-mail this morning saying I guess my bank is no longer allowing Visa transactions...here's the thing if inetbet would only change the name of their transaction code maybe than it would be easier but they have it as a casino deposit which tells the bank everything! I guess this is a good thing anyway because inetbet STILL has terrible customer service I hate the fact no phone number to call and having to wait for e-mail back to get answers, which usually takes a day or two! And Alan from inetbet has a nasty attitude like no other!

Mine just comes back saying my transaction was declined with a code N/A. Kind of odd. I'm thinking because some of the descriptors have changed again over the past week. Maybe inetbet hasn't caught back up with there descriptor? Just a wonder. I've sent an e-mail. Normally I can at least get a halfway educated response out of them.

Many thanks for your mail.

We believe that there are issues processing US cards at this time. This is due to new legislation that was passed by the US government. Only one deposit is being allowed by the processor per 24 hours at the moment. They hope to have this resolved shortly.

In the meantime may we suggest you try a different card or one of our other deposit methods such as Click2Pay, Quicktender or eWalletXpress.

We would suggest using Quicktender as you have an account with them. There are no other reported problems with the link, perhaps you could check your cache, firewall and internet settings?

Alternatively you can open an eWalletXpress account with then directly
<blocked::http://www.ewalletxpress.com/>; www.ewalletxpress.com

We will be glad to add a 10% bonus to all deposits made via any of the above
methods for you subject to terms and conditions.

If you need any more information please let us know.

Best Regards
