Anything new with Top Game?

Money received from 7spins today, Sunday. They apologised for the long delay. Far too long in my opinion. I hope they work out the issues. Good news was that I won $1250 on a $25 deposit. Top Game software has been very good for me. Long play time and some good wins too.

Yes, good that you got paid, but too long. I'm going to stay away from them.

Top Games' casino Black Diamond, on the other hand, claims to have a 24-hour turnaround. I'm going to see how that goes.

Good play time :)

That's why I do still like to play at Top Game, despite the issues that are being worked on. I can deposit a minimal amount and play for hours. Yesterday I deposited $49 and played for about 5 hours and called it a night with a $274.00 withdrawal .
With other software it has been a long time since I have been able to get that kind of playtime from my deposits, so I have given up on them.

So for the approx last 4 months of play, this is the result;

Microgamming= 0 :mad:
RTG= 0 :mad:
Rival= 0 :mad:
All others = 0
Top Game = 3 withdrawals, would have been 4, but redeposited 1.

Have you tried Black Diamond yet? How did it go? I ask because I got a spam from them yesterday and wanted to try their Games Welcome Bonus, but saw it was Top Game and backed off.

Also, does anyone know of any casinos that take US players, and *aren't* rogue that have table games bonuses (this is the 2nd offer I've received but they've both been rogue [the other was Always Cool, sister to Pamper])?

From what I've seen for a Top Game site. Rome is about the only one that's not really rogue as much as being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Now as for someone who offers table game bonuses, no idea. From what I've been reading all of the bonuses at Rome require slot playthrough first, but also I've been told that I can request to have bonuses removed. Then I can play whatever I want. Am going to try blackjack on my next round will let you know how that turns out.

Hey Cheetawind,

Hope this doesn't count as promotional, but just to add - players that play table games at Rome cannot take slots type bonuses, but they CAN get a cashback % on each and every deposit they make.

Cheers

I'm just wondering if Rome Casino has ironed out some of the cash flow problems I've heard they've been having concerning paying affiliates. Is everything good to go with your financial issues?

Hi Bryan,

We have solved our financial problems, these were due to late payments by our processors, we have since switched processors and are now beginning the process of paying the affiliates due. So the answer is we're good to go but haven't finished paying all the affiliates due yet, we're doing that right now. That said our cashflow problem has definitely been solved.

Kind Regards,

Noah

Yes, I list quite a few on the "

" page on my website:-

Vegas Technology casinos do 100% up to $300. WR (D+B)x20, BlackJack, Roulette, Baccarat and Craps count at 35%.
Intertops do a 100% up to $200, WR (D+B)x30, Cashable, PaiGow, Let em Ride, Red Dog and Rummy count at 100%.
BetUS (Rival download casino, not the instant play one) offer 100% to $500 Table games bonus: WR (D+B)x45, Max cashout Bx5
The Club World group of casinos do 100% to $1,000; WR (D+B)x50, BJ and all other games count at 100% except no Bacc, Craps, Roul, War & SicBo - but the bonus is PHANTOM!
Vegas Regal have 100% up to $1,000 WR (D+B)x35 all games except VP and progressive slots.

I hope that helps!

With regard the issue highlighted in another thread about progressive jackpots only being possible to win at max stake as well as max coins, this is apparently still the case.

If so, they should be much clearer about it- the best mention of it that CS could find was this from the website in a section on mostly nonsense 'slot tips' that talked about it always being important to play at 'max bet'. Obviously this is ambiguous though as we are all used to having to play max lines/coins etc, but not at having to play the highest denomination of coin as well.

Hi Elscrabinda,

That's true, we have already designed another new page for our new Rome Casino site which will be called 'game rules' and will also include all this information. It will go up a few days after the weekend. I've contacted TG about this and have also requested a revision of the software text.

Kind Regards,

Thanks KK. A closer look at the Black Diamond site revealed their bonus to be pretty much a sham as the only two table games they offer were the ones that were restricted or excluded from the WR :( Vegas Regal looks to be the best of the bunch so I'll check it out.

Hi Noah,

While on the topic of progressive jackpot slots.

Having such insane bet per spin values ($65) tells me two things.
  1. Not too many punters could afford $65 a spin
  2. It's a way to have a Clayton's jackpot slot

Even if a punter could afford $65 a spin the payout of $100,000 or there a bout's makes it unrealistic. Now if the pay-out was $10 mil or something I could understand.

Of course there is the other idea...Your average Joe players are suckered into the max bet theory on purpose.

Cheers

Dave

$65 bucks a spin? :notworthy to the person that can afford that!!
I think Topgame needs to have a close look at this and think about making changes that are more realistic.

Poker games, Non-American Roulette,War & SicBo only count 25% toward WR
VP,Craps,Bacc,BJ and Pai-Gow only count 10% toward WR
 They must have changed the terms.
Thanks for letting me know - I'll get my website updated ASAP.

Agreed. Yep, been that way since day one and I do not think they have any plans on changing it. Why bother when it is a guarenteed income for the casino, knowing, NO ONE would spin for that amount to win a measly jackpot...slippery , sneaky little devils , aren't they..

In case anyone is interested, I cashed out from Black Diamond (just a small tester amount) within 24 hours. 7Spins only does withdrawals once per week or something like that, so while I like Top Game slots, Black Diamond is going to get most of my TG-dedicated money for now. :)

Gold Vegas does 24 hours also after verifications...at least they did for me on my 2nd withdrawal.

People are wanting to know if there are any new developments with the previous issues of the wagering amounts required to win a jackpot, has this been changed yet?
Also I would like to ask why your team had decided to cut line win payouts? I have been very dissapointed with this change as now being a small purse player I am forced to wager more to get a decent win. This has seriously affected the fun of playing at any Top Game casinos.
I have through all the controversy of the missing jackpots, the missing wilds and so on stayed loyal to Top Game because I felt even with all this, you were still deserving of a wait and see, because your casinos could still have nice little wins being won. But cutting back now on the line pays has taken away the joyful surprise of these nice little wins.
I am not the only player that has said they have noticed the change in line pays either. So we would like to know what is going on there.
I have also been very dissapointed since the wilds have been put back on Diablo 13 of the way the game now plays. It has become so stingy that it just isn't as fun as it was anymore.
The new games are great but when you are a lowroller like myself, having 25 cent wins or less all the time gets pretty boring.
I also really almost hate the 5 free spins, they rarely retrigger, have no multipliers, have nothing special to set them apart from the normal play. Most of the time when playing at $1 a spin on Reel Crime and I get the scatters of the newspapers, my end win from the 5 free spins is usually 20 cents or nothing.
So I ask you, how can we stay loyal when it feels like you are pushing out the small players by forcing us to wager higher to get a decent session, not having changed the wagering requirements to win the jackpots, giving pitiful returns on line wins?

I noticed this also. It is a very recent change.

Per bet size the payouts are so pitiful with TG, the industry worst, at least with Rival the payouts on regular game play may be low but the bonus rounds can really pay big, TG bonus rounds have no multipliers, no excitement whatsoever, I call this status quo software, lots of little wins but very rarely any biggies, so many peeps are just satisfied with play time, I personally like win time and am prepared to take the loss with higher variance/risk software.

I will add that yesterday I was dinking around at Rome, Top Game, playing Diablo 13 at 65 cent spins, to see how it was playing. I hit 4 wizards on a payline which I have done in the past many times, I picked my chamber and was totally surprised that I hit a 1200 coin chamber, the other was like 250, this 1200 coin paid $60 playing at 65 cents, this is totally a new positive change. All the times I have hit 4 wizards in the past the highest I ever had seen in the chambers was 350 coins. Now I wished I had been playing a higher wager!

But I would like to also add that re-examining line win payouts on other casinos, they too have the puny pitiful wins. At MG, RTG, RIVAL, the normal little wins at the coin I play is 8 cents, 20 cents and so on. So maybe the line win payouts being cut aren't to far out of line when compared to all other casino platforms. But I did REALLY like getting that $500 payout on 5 pistols on Fandango playing at 75 cents a spin, that was nice, I will miss it.

But it would be nice to add more surprises like the higher payout that has been added in the bonus round , such as multipliers on the free spins like other casinos have.

Hi everyone,

I would just like to clarify that I am only the representative for Topgame and not management. I do not make the decisions there and want to be sure that any information I provide to you is correct before posting it.

As you know I do believe that a lot of problems have been caused in the past due to bad communication and I am very keen to avoid these types of problems occuring in future especially when yours truly is the representative ;)

So yes I will get back to you with answers to any and all questions but do ask that you please bear with me when it comes to giving them :)

Now as to the actual answers. I have been informed by senior management that at this stage they will not be changing the maxbet/maxlines progressive requirement.

As some of you are undoubtedly aware personally im in favor of changing this in some way to make progressive more accesible to every type of player and there may be some developments in this area in future but I cannot confirm any changes at this time.

Regarding the line payouts I have also received an answer on this and am informed that line payouts have not been changed as far as my direct contact is aware.

I think TG is doing their best to improve all aspects of the operation including the slots and will of course keep you updated. I do know for a fact that all your comments whether positve or negative are appreciated by myself and TG and would ask that you keep them coming.

I will be available throughout the holiday season to answer any queries that you may have, if you need to get hold of me urgently please send me a PM. I will do my best to check into Meister at least every few days although sometimes I do miss a few days to be honest.

Kind Regards

David

Okay..... I will use one slot as an example, but they are all paying out the same.

Let me ask you this then on Fandango multiline bonus slot, the paytable for instance shows the pistols paying out per symbol as 1=1, 2=10, 3=100, 4=1000, 5=10000.
Now I am playing at 0.75 cents a spin I always get the 1 pistol and it pays 0.25 cents, shouldn't it pay 0.75 cents? With 4 pistols I won $50 and according to the payout table it should have paid x1000 which is equal to $75, am I correct?
Now back some months ago I hit pistols and wilds to make 5 pistol symbols on the payline and it paid $500, if the payouts haven't been changed then playing 0.75 cents a spin X10000 should have paid me $750 am I correct?
The cactus symbol according to the payout table is x200 for 5 cactus, now playing at 0.75 cents it should pay $15, but it is only paying $10 for 5 cactus.

Need I go on or do you get my meaning here?

Now am I on the wrong track here or have myself and everyplayer Top Game casinos have are being stiffed on the line win payouts?
