Anyone with some new and recent rtg tips?

I read a tip about fruit frenzy and how during the bonus rounds it automatically kicks to 25 lines, so spinning at 5 10 or 15 lines at a higher coin will bump the bonus round up. I haven't been able to put it to test yet but plan on it soon.. Curious if anyone knows other rtg games that perform this way and or have other tips more recent to give a try.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!

Word to the wise: Bovada group and Extreme are "onto" that and don't play the full 25 lines, only what you wagered. Another hint that casinos can tinker with the platforms a LOT more than they're telling us! I have found that game will either hit within 3 spins for me or not at all.

Labeled, you mean trigger for the feature? If so then that's such a coincidence because I've semi noticed this too. I've noticed how many times I would within 3 to 5 spins get a bonus, leave and it'd happen somewhere else.. It was like something I kept thinking but had no backing of, hearing you say that is pretty interesting to say the least!

Yeah, definitely - that slot will hit the feature within 3 spins for me or not at all. One thing that seems to happen (see everyone, where I said "seems" don't jump on me about randomness lol) is that I can play it 3 times at .25 a spin, if it doesn't hit, play 1 or 2 @.50, then back to 3 @ .25 and it'll hit. Which is, of course, complete insanity... and a good way to blow through your bankroll on losses. ;) lol

Fruit Frenzy is unique with how features are triggered, in that it requires getting 5 matching symbols on a payline to trigger the feature. If you play the max (25 lines), you have 25 chances per spin to hit a feature (or multiples of the feature). If you play fewer than the maximum, let's say 15 lines, then you have 10 fewer chances per spin to trigger the feature (or multiples of the feature). The feature always plays all 25 lines, regardless of how many lines you play in regular spins/play. It's built that way, and doesn't change the RTP (Return to player) in any way. If you look at the "Help" screen, it clearly states that the feature plays all 25 lines.

Now, in the case of Bovada's version of Fruit Frenzy, there's a graphical error when the feature is playing, where is shows the same number of lines you were playing prior to triggering the feature, however, it's actually playing all 25 lines. I verified this by playing 15 lines in regular play, and when the feature played, it showed/paid wins on lines higher than 15 (when those lines had winning combinations). So, the theory that some places are "onto" this isn't true, as the game plays exactly how it was designed to, and there's no reason to think the casinos are using any manipulation of game play.

Do you feel it's a decent strategy for when playing fruit frenzy? I mean I need to get more funds before I get playing again soon but if practice is any sign it does seem like you can have some nice feature round hits.

I've been playing Fruit Frenzy for many years, and it's always been one of my favorites. Years ago, I would play reduced lines almost all the time (usually between 13-17 lines), but it can be a real bummer to have something big get missed because you weren't playing all lines. Again, the RTP remains the same no matter how many lines you play, but it can sometimes seem you're get more "playtime" when playing reduced lines. Unfortunately, there's no real "strategy" when playing slots, other than knowing when to quit (either after a win, or because you can't seem to catch anything).

What i mean more is it seems like you might not make as much between feature rounds, but if you're normal spins are 10 to 15 lines at like 3.00 a spin and then kicks up to 6.25 or so for a bonus round, Id imagine you can make some nice gains with that. I mean that's what I'm doing here in practice is spinning to keep it alive until I feel a bonus and then bang, my bonus freebies are over 5 bucks. Just seems like it can be a decent way to roll especially if you are lucky to land a few feature rounds.

It can absolutely make for a more exciting game that way, because you're basically changing the variance. At 25 lines, Fruit Frenzy is probably the lowest variance game RTG has, which means it gives you a lot of small wins fairly often. When you lower the lines played, you're increasing the variance, which means you have fewer wins, but they will be bigger when the do happen. Some examples of natively high variance games on the RTG platform are PayDirt and T-Rex. You can go for what seems like forever with getting almost nothing back, but when it hits, it explodes!

One of my favourite RTG slots too!
LoneyTunez has explained the game PERFECTLY - I have nothing more to add on that front.

Like most slots, changing the number of win lines only effects the variance and not the RTP.
Obviously if you play only 1 line for example, you could win many 100 x your bet in the features... but then you would have to do 25x more spins between features... which could be one hell of a lot! :eek2:
I used to try that (MANY years ago!), but these days I always play max lines.
My screenshot collection only includes 3 of this game @ over x100, with my best being x133.

Hey, that is an awesome correction and good to know, thanks! I wonder if Extreme has the same graphical error, then.
