Anyone waiting on a Pay My Card Withdrawal?

WOW three days is awesome ,, it is CWC by the way, but I cant bitch too much because although its only an $87 withdrawal, I won it off a bonus they gave me, and they honored it and didnt give me any b.s.
all in all they have been pretty cool to me

CWC is usually great with their withdrawals, but, I have seen times in the past when there were having major issues. So, when I read a thread like this, I get worried.
 
i'm waiting in line too. Also from CWC.

I cashed out Sat. Usually by Monday afternoon, I will at least get an email
telling me the withdrawal is in process...

I checked with CWC on their instant chat and Kristy told me they had a Bank
Holiday today and that the cashiers would be back tomorrow and I should hear
something from them then.

Kristy also stated that it could take 5 more business days.

I can confirm that we do not have any problems with cash outs. This month we had 2 bank holidays in Europe and this could cause slight delay however the waiting time shouldn't exceed 5 business days.

Well glad you all got yours. I have been waiting for my funds on a withdrawal processed by CWC on September 8th. No holidays and here it is September 15 and still no funds. Was told on Friday just a glitch but funds were in transit. Now it is Monday and still no funds. Usually only 3 days but last 2 have taken 4 or 5 now we are on 8 so what is up. Emailed again this morning still waiting for answers.

If it was processed on the 8th then today is technically the 5th business day. In my experience Monday withdraws typically don't hit my account until the following Monday or Tuesday. Very rarely will they hit before the weekend. Friday withdraws usually post by the following Wednesday or Thursday.

It will probably post some time today or tomorrow. I believe they state that payments take 7-10 business days so you are still well within that window.
Don't' stress over it yet.

I just checked and indeed there is slight delay with your pay out. I can confirm that the funds were sent for processing on Friday 12th so the transaction should be credited to your card any time now.

As we know 99% of time all cash outs are processed in 3-5 business days however sometimes there may be slight delay due to various reasons. We always communicate with customers who may be affected to reassure them.

I'm really sorry you have to wait couple of days longer than usual.

The funds were supposed to be sent for processing on MOnday September 8th, so why not till fri the 12th? Secondly Natalie sent an email saying I should see by the end of the week. That is 12 days. I have never had one take more than 5 days from the day CW processed. Which according to CW was the 8th. NO ONE has communicated with me unless I emailed first. And dumb me, I waited till Friday, to find apparently that it had never been processed Monday like it said in my email. So no one communicated or did anything until I emailed. No one told me it was not processed until friday until you did just now.

This was received from Daniel on Friday and then nobody bothered to contact me again until today, even though I emailed back on Friday. So no one has given me ANY information without me specifically asking. I need this resolved today and the funds should be in my account today. I have already waited a couple days longer it is already 4 days longer and still not here. Also the communication thing really bugs me because there was no communication except from you just now and this tells me that CW just neglected to send my withdrawal to the processor on Monday and did not do so until they heard from me on FRiday. On Friday I was told anytime now and now I am being told hopefully by the end of the week. Not okay when the processor has managed to take my deposits from my account in 2 days. This should work both ways. Now I realize it was CW fault for not processing till 5 days after they said they did. However, then you need to put a rush on it, because it was your mistake. Sorry, I don't get to pay people 7 days after I have told them I would and if I had gotten honesty on Friday I would not be expecting the funds today. But since I was told shortly on Friday I expect them in my account today as that is another 5 days. Would have replied in PM, however, you did not reply to my PM only replied here.
 
I have been waiting for a check withdrawl since sept 1st and a pay my card withdrawl since the 5th. Not sure what is going on but it has never taken this long. Every time I call I get a rep and they say hopefully by the end of the week.

Clubworld payment issues

I too have been waiting on two payouts one from CW and one from Buzzluck both requested as checks over 2 weeks ago. I was just told by a CW rep that my monies would be put back into my account and that I would need to request withdrawal by another means because checks are no longer an option for now. For U.S. players what do you recommend? I'm also seeing problem with pay my card from other on the forum>

My latest PayMyCard was requested on Sept. 15. I was getting nervous and checked in with Karolina, she said I would have it by Wednesday, Sept. 24 and sure enough it was in my account this morning. Yes, a little longer than past transactions, but never any doubt that it would be paid.

Thanks again to Karolina for working so diligently to keep everyone updated and push things through as needed.

Pay out processing is back to normal you shouldn't experience any delays. Cheque option is also back in cashier ready to use.

Any USA facing casinos can/do/will have 'glitches' with payouts at times because their 3rd party processors disappear, or money doesn't move from casino bank to processor quickly enough, or only a limited number of payouts can be dispensed by the processor per day/week/month, or whatever. So you must stay on top of all transactions, let the casino know when there is a delay, be patient, and when it goes beyond reasonable delay, contact forum rep and be patient some more.

And again, for anyone who receives courier checks... sign up at the top 3 courier websites, and you'll see an option there somewhere to have them notify you via text, phone, or email when you have a package coming. You would probably receive this notification before the casino gets the tracking # from the processor.

I think maybe it's time to change your cashier terms. It's not 4 days anymore. This is the 3-4th withdrawal within a month that has been late. Last week I was told by email to expect the CardForce transaction early this week. Just this morning I received another email telling me to expect it by the end of this week if not sooner. Either way it will be well over 10 days waiting.

Maybe Lucky Red or CWC for that matter has run it's course. Time to play else where.

While I very much appreciate our forum reps helping out, I hate having to contact a forum rep every time I turn around just to find out what's up with a withdrawal. I haven't played anywhere online in ages... too much hassle moving money to or from for my liking...

I do not mind answering any queries forum members may have but I'm with you. Player should not be in the position to ask every time they have cash out.

We are usually pretty quick however I need to admit that recently we had few hiccups. Saying that it was only minor delay (3-4 days maximum) and we were in contact with all affected customers making sure they will get the funds as soon as possible.
