Anyone speak Jackpot Capital?

I spoke to chat and all I got was garbled responses and I haven't received an email. I have withdrawn from Slotastic but this will be my first time from Jackpot. Their slots always seemed too tight and I could never win. It has been a long time since a withdrew from either and things have obviously changed.I ignored the weekend in my withdrawal time as I have noticed it was mentioned in other threads and now 48 hours have passed.

When I look in the cashier section it says "under review". What does that mean? How long is their review process?

I have not been contacted about any issues or documents. I was verified in the past and nothing has changed. The thing that gets me is now live chat says it takes 96 hours??!

I am interested in what happens after "under review" shows up. I am also interested in your experience with checks or WU at Jackpot Capital. Speaking to chat just made me more confused.

Thanks to anyone if they have the time to respond.

96 Hours :eek: - Geez .. is that to be verified OR for a Cashout to be processed? If it is verification, then you must wait another 72hours for your Cashout to be processed.

This group just gets worse as time progresses.

I think it is just to cashout. I was verified a long time ago. So that shouldn't be an issue. The problem is I can't get a straight answer about when the payment will be processed.

It used to be 72hours and if its now 96Hours ... that's a whole 4 days pending ... If you cash out over a weekend it will be extended to 6 days pending. That's ludicrous and predatory!!! It will be even further delayed dependant on your cashout method.

Have you tried contacting the rep?

Good Luck - I stopped playing there ages ago because of the very same reason.

Yeah that's exactly WHY I am against this 'Pending' period. I am a gambler and have fallen for it in the past. I do not live in the US and for them to hold a WD 6 days that supposed to hit Neteller instantly is a load of hogwash... :mad:

My experience has been with the jackpot capital group that if you don't cashout by 7am est, wed, your withdrawal will not be processed until monday. They don't process over the weekend-and there is a 48 hour business hours waiting period. if you do a search on this topic, i believe you will find other posts indicating something similiar.

I try not to play at any of their casinos, Wed-Friday, as the wait for a withdrawal to be processed, if i win, is frustrating.
 
Here is the update.

Both withdrawals were approved and authorized today. I will see how long it takes to get the courier check because they do not give tracking numbers.

The problem I have is with the WU. They approved it during the wee morning hours which means it should have been deposited in WU today. For some strange reason it never went through and I have been told I just have to wait until they get confirmation from someone from somewhere. So someone is just sitting on the money?

WU fees are very high and they are paid because transactions are suppose to be in minutes, not days. I could understand waiting a few hours for them to send information back and forth but it should have been completed and available for pickup today. At this rate there is no difference between courier or WU and the fees are not justified. I will see what happens tomorrow or if someone somewhere is still sitting on the money.

This is getting ridiculous. The blame lies squarely with politicians and stupids laws. Yet if these casinos agree to still accept players and charge high fees then they should honor their part of the agreement. I have yet to see any delays in their taking deposits.
 
You know what?? I am just sick of all of this!

We all WANT to be able to play. We all put good faith in these casinos, trusting them, when we lose, we lose....... but, damn it, a customer shouldn't HAVE to get a hold of a "rep" in order to find out what the problems/delays are when it comes to payouts.

If that is the case, they don't NEED customer service department. Have the rep and the cashier, that is all.

I can't help wondering what kind of hoops the reps have to jump through to get this crap done. It can't be easy. I can't imagine being a rep and visiting any number of forums? Getting an earful at each one? I would think a reps job is more that just getting cash-outs squared away. That is the cashiers job. I really feel for the reps.

How many times do we really get straight answers from live chat?? They don't know what's going on, so they just blow whatever they're smoking that day up our arses!


And no, this is not a rant about JCP. I don't deposit there too often due to their minimum deposits and outragious withdrawal fees. This is about any and all casinos that take their sweetass time processing withdrawals. But, that too is just part of it. It's their total lack of communication in most cases!

Well if there Western Union agent is in Costa Rica, which my guess is probably is.
There bank account might have been frozen. Mainly because there was another thread about MyPaylinQ issues, and the fact that apparently there bank in Costa Rica is currently frozen. Not allowing them to send Western Unions at the moment. So lets hope JPC has another processor besides whomever MPL is using. Otherwise you might be hearing here shortly about how they can't do a WU either.

They should not have taken deposits if that is the case. I have already decreased my deposits and if this is not resolved very quickly that will be it for me. We honor our deposits and live with our loses. They should honor our withdrawals.
 
The only time I got a wd from them I split it up between Wu and check. From what I recall the tracking info came 1 or 2 days after it showed approved. I received the Wu one day then the check the next. After that I deposited a whole bunch back in and never hit again. I love their games but after the win, the screws became very, very tight. I had to back off.
 
I know you're asking about Jackpot Capital, I just had my first cashout from Slotastic via Western Union. Since my document verification email came @jackpotcapital.com maybe the payout process is the same. I requested my WU withdrawal on November 30th and received the MTCN# (sender from the Philippines) yesterday, December 6th. So maybe yours will take about that same tiime frame too.
 
The WU completed today and I am still waiting on the courier. It seems there is 24 hour turnaround from when the WU is approved and then finalized. It would help if this was explained because normally WU is in minutes.

This is annoying and much longer than in the past and I think the big issue is the 48 hour pending which does not include weekends. Then there is the issue of fees :eek: So far this was still faster than Clubworld has been recently but I will see what happens with the courier.

Final Update on Jackpot and Interesting banking issue

The final update is that I was paid by WU and courier a little over a week later. Longer than the old days but faster than some and that includes my old favorite Clubworld.

I would just add some interesting events when picking up the WU and cashing the check. The WU site I went to informed me that in the future they would have a $500 limit :eek: I am not sure if it was just their site not having enough business or what. I can't imagine WU is hitting hard times.

When depositing the check I first went to a branch close to where I was shopping. They treated me like some criminal trying to cash a foreign check and told me it would have to go through special processing requiring a 14 day hold :mad: I told them I would have to think about it or have it resent as a direct deposit.

I then went to my regular branch and had zero problems. The teller just slid it through and told me half was available immediately and the rest would be available in 2 working days. So I guessing problems with depositing are not specific to a bank just the #@$ at certain branches.
