hi guys,

I've been trying to play at moongames casino for a while, specifically on their slots. but I'm having some technical problems with them. after about 10-15 spins, whether on autoplay or by me clicking, a message comes up saying 'there has been an error in your browser, please refresh'. This occurs consistently, sometimes even after as little as 1 or 2 spins. It's pretty annoying as the game takes some time to load each time. Has anyone played at moongames and got around this issue somehow?

Thought that was only me,,,had the exact same problems while playing here,,,,on a side note there terms. And conditions,,,1000 per day,,,,2000per week,,,3000 per month,,,never have I heard. Such scam restrictions before',,,,steer clear !

@ martyboy123 : I have received your PAB and will look into it ASAP.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. It is required reading for all PABers.

Among other things the FAQ details your responsibilities in the PAB process (section 3.11), including NOT posting on our forums about your issue while your PAB is in progress. Since you submitted your PAB on the 13th your post above (the 15th) is clearly a violation of the PAB guidelines and would be grounds for us to discard your PAB. I'm assuming you've done this in error.

The point is that if you know and respect the FAQ things should proceed smoothly. No offence but you've been a Casinomeister member for some time now, certainly long enough that I shouldn't have to be telling you this.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Regards,
Max Drayman, Complaints (Pitch-A-Bitch) Manager, Casinomeister.com

Unfortunately Moon Games is a Cassava-owned property and is therefore included in the Casinomeister Warning posted many moons ago: 888 and related properties are ignoring player complaints.

As mentioned there (a) we can't help you, (b) those casinos are now UKGC licensed, and (c) you should read the casino's Terms to find out who their designated ADR is if you wish to pursue your issue against the casino.

Good luck!
