so was a bit boreed last night and i signed up to this new casino called 7kasino, they very generously gave me £10 to play with and very shortly playing £2.50 spins got my balance upto £260! thats when the problems start! all of a sudden I get an error message saying due to a server delay you have been exited from the game. this was at around 12 last night. OK I thought, I will send a polite email asking about max cash out, how much wagering i have left to play and information regarding their server issues. so far I neglected to mention there is no phone number for this operation and the live chat does not have anyone at the other end :/ (waiting for some to reply for around an hour and forty minutes). In my opinion a professional online casino should reply (even as just an acknowledgement without being able to resolve the issue) in twenty four hours. the two things Im concerned about is they are still having server issues 12 hours on along with a casino that doesnt have phone or live chat support. Im not going to lie but Im losing confidence in 7kasino by the hour. thats my daily rant over, now time to get a load of washing done lol

Looks like yet another brand new* casino opening up WAY before they are really ready to do so.
That really grinds my gears!

I think you need to give them more time than if you had stuck to the Accredited Casinos, but hopefully they will come good in the end.

they dont know about the server issues but they said I had £330 left to wager with a no limit cash out! thats what I wanted to hear with a £260 balance! Emailed my local library to book a computer (they are open late on a Teusday) because it isnt a download casino see if it is my internet connection. im excited about the no max cash out whoohooooo just hope they are good for it and not a rogue

there isnt a server error, it is because i have reached their maximum bonus allowance of £250. ive been told that i just need to make a deposit and cancel the automatic 200% bonus and i can make a withdrawal for the total amount. I said it will be seven days before i can make a deposit and can I send you my DL and passport scan to verify my account. I was told no verification needed. umm interesting. I hope they are good for the £250. Now to play the waiting game!

So when the CS told you that there was no max cashout, what they really meant is that there was no cashout at all.

Are you saying they told you that no winnings at all from the NDB could be cashed-out under any circumstances?
If so, have you link to the T&Cs for this?

this just cant be right! why have a x60 wr. might as well have a x1 wr if u can never cash out. total b/s.

None of this sounds right. I know we'd all like a change and are sick of some of the "regular" casinos we play at but always keep in mind those "regulars" are the ones we trust. I know the casino I play at will cash out my winnings and honestly a $10 NDB just isn't worth all of the agony it seems to cause.

just put it down as experience, nothing on the site about sticky bonuses or anything. I do see the x60 wr for some bonuses. and the winners list is just total lol. move on and don't ever deposit here. seems to me another rogue.
