Got an email from them recently and I can't find any info about their software provider, and it doesn't look like any that I recognize. Anyone know anything about them? They've got some attractive sounding bonuses.

I played there last week

I played there last week. used there 400% bonus when blackjack was NOT excluded on there terms. Waiting for a cashout for a whole $142. Cashed out 8 days ago. They required documents that delayed it a bit. Will update if/when they pay

Who are these guys? Google turns up nothing.

So, if you run into problems, getting assistance may be a tiresome ordeal. Who ya going to turn to? :D

I tried that address earlier - it didn't work then. Software is rigged IQ Ludorum. They used to be big - now IQ-L don't have many licensees left. And they (the software provider collecting royalties and licensing fees) don't give a shit if the casino screws you. A good friend of mine had $4K stolen from Dice of Fire - another fly-by IQ-L casino. Don't even think IQ-L bothered answer him when he asked for their help.

As for randomness - well another guy I know once lost/pushed 197 hands of BJ in a row at Globalwager (yes - "powered" by IQ-L). Not a single win. I still have his logs. He was playing with a bonus and could withdraw his deposit anytime, so when he just kept losing he lowered his bet and continued to play until he thought he had played 200 hands without a win, then cashed out his deposit. A recount showed his streak had only been 197 hands :p

As a friend of mine expressed it:

I make the chances of a 197 non-winning streak about one in 12,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Hey, shit happens

He seems to be off by a factor of 1000, not that this really makes a difference. :) This is solid proof of rigged software.

The spelling on the home page also isn't entirely reassuring!

'Terms and contiditions' :eek2:

Yep, i visit their live-chat... and help this casino. Maybe they correct that "Terms and contiditions" to "Terms and conditions" (home page > bottom)... After they correct their software ;)

Thanks Jyde, it looked like it was too good to be true. Who gives a 400% CASHABLE signup bonus up to $1000, and then a 500% CASHABLE bonus on your first monday deposit. Sure smelled suspicious to me.

Trying to look them up in whois was an adventure as well. It wouldn't show up in regular whois lookups at internic, or network solutions. Had to use nslookup to figure out where they were hosted. Then I see they registered through godaddy.com, one of the cheapest places you can register a domain. That doesn't give me the warm fuzzies either (not that the rest of the red flags do).

I copy that "slogan" from Royal Dutch: ...Our online casino offers the highest casino bonuses and the highest jackpots in the online gambling...

I use google with "Our online casino offers the highest casino bonuses and the highest jackpots in the online gambling", and found this site:

From Royal Dutch:
"Our online casino offers the highest casino bonuses and the highest jackpots in the online gambling industry."

From Casino Business Club:
"Our online casino offers the highest casino bonuses and the highest jackpots in the online gambling industrie."

Industry - Industrie (difference)

BUT

Casino Business Club and City Club Casino :what:

Casino Business Club = casinoclub.exe
City Club Casino = SetupCasino.exe

This is off-topic ...little
But maybe someone can explain this City Club Casino and Casino Business Club-thing. Same Casino? Weird.

I know that many casino use many addresses, like Casino On Net... they have www.888.com , www.888casino.com , www.entercasino.com , www.casino-on-net.com , www.casinoonnet.com and many many more

-

I had some horrible losing streaks. I tried to do a copy and paste. The software wouldnt let me do it. Best I could do was a screen shot. Worst experience ever playing blackjack. I got brave in the end and said f-it and did a few large bets and cashed out.

What do you experts think? went downhill as soon as I topped $300

Sorry about these off-topics... i like to explore sometimes :)

How did you get City Club mixed up with this group Sodax? City Club is Playtech based and, in my opinion, a good one too. Hit some royals there on VP and got paid promptly.

This casinobusinessclub.com website looks like an affiliate that ripped off City Club's website and blanked out the word City. CathedralOnline is similar, it looks like a new casino, but it is apparently just an affiliate link to a Playtech casino (I forget which one).

1.Because site, logo, information, support number, everything. And i just asking, not mixed up... and i like to explore (and maybe learn something) ;)
2.Yes, i know.
3.And i like City Club Casino too.

And my question: are they same casino? I think you answer:

Ok, this is like 777casino777 case, but totally different aspect. I think.
Affiliate, affiliate, affiliate....

I have chatted with them today - actually before I spotted these postings:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

you: hmmm... Do you know that a player has been documented to loose 197 hands of blackjack in a row on that software?
Stevo: no i have not seen that "report" i would love to if you have it
Stevo: the softwae is idependantly auditted, the company is canadian and has been around for many years, the software is legit
you: anyways.. that was all my questions...
you: ok... I'll look around your site a bit
Stevo: dont see you asking any
Stevo: just telling me what my software is
Stevo: signup and go play the java version for fun no download
you: erh... that was all i wanted to know... what software you were using...
Stevo: then you can come to your own conclussions
you: one more thing then... are you really offering a 400% bonus on deposits up to 1000$
Stevo: yes we are

Stevo: those are all our current promo
Stevo: today we offer a 500% but max deposit is much less thatn $1000
you: Im a bit confused by the rules...
you: "Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are sticky bonuses meaning that the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time"
you: and
you: "Bonus are 100% Cashable when play through has been met up to a maximum cash out of 15X the deposit"
you: is on the same page.. is the bonus cashable or not?
Stevo: ]the 400% bonus is fully cashabel yes
you: after 25x deposit and bonus, I can withdraw the full amount in my account?
Stevo: the 400 % has a max cash out
Stevo:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Stevo: scroll all way down and yu will see the rules for the 400%
you: yes..
Stevo: max cash out 15x deposit amount
Stevo: so if you send in $1000 and you win you can cash out max of $25000
Stevo: 15000
Stevo: sorry
you: and even if the 4000 of the 15000 is the bonus I got, I will be able to cash it out?
Stevo: yes that is correct
you: ok.. thanks.... No further questions :)
Stevo: excelnet
Stevo: feel free to chat back if you have any other
you: I will.. bye

------

So with this log on my harddisk, I should be able to safely claim my 4000$ bonus

Don't be too certain of that. Management can always come back and say that the CSR was mistaken and refuse to honor it. Think it over a good long time before you decide to sink a grand into this experiment, unless that's not alot of money to you (it would be to me, but may not be to others). I'd hate to see you end up trying to cashin $3500 only to find out that $4k is sticky and you are out $1000.

I think they are ok, I know because I asked them the same questions over and over, and I did try them for $100 (sorry, I know it's not the same amount you wanted to deposit so I don't know if they will actually give you 4k but in their promo page it says deposits from $20 to $1000) they gave me my $400 bonus and I'm still trying to meet the wagering requirement hehe, this is a copy of the conversation I had with one of their reps:

You are now chatting with 'Kim'
Kim: Welcome to Customer Service, how may I help you ?
you: Hello
you: I received an e-mail offering me a 400% bonus
you: promo code RD4HP
you: I got a couple of questions
Kim: Sure, go ahead
you: I was checking your promo page
you: It says
you: 25 times rollover, is that correct?
Kim: Yes, it is correct
you: ok
you: there's another thing that got me confused
you: Your rules state that all bonuses are sticky
you: Yet, the e-mail I received said the bonus is cashable
Kim: Actually this is what's stated in the promotion rules page:
Kim: "Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are sticky bonuses"
Kim: in this case we are stating that the bonus is cashable, right on top of the page
Kim: You need to click where it says "Click here to view the playthrough requirements"
Kim: It will show you the information regarding this bonus
you: Yeah I'm on the page righ now
you: But I can't find it
Kim: It's below the Promotion Banners in blue letters
you: I see it
you: just a sec
you: Ok yes, it says total bonus is cashable, max cashout is 15 times my deposit?
you: is this all correct?
Kim: Yes it is
you: If I deposit $100, will I get $400 extra?
Kim: You can deposit up to a maximum of $1000 to get the bonus
you: Cool
you: If I deposit right now, how long will it take to be in my account?
Kim: It should not take more than two minutes
you: Can you hold on just one sec? I will transfer from my neteller account
Kim: Sure, no problem
you: done
Kim: May I have your account number please?
you: Rxxxxxx
Kim: Please hold one moment
you: ok
Kim: Your bonus has been credited please log into your account
you: that's great, thnx so much
you: have a nice day
Kim: You're welcome
Kim: You too

Ok, so they do pay.. At least smaller amounts... Let us know if the check is valid :)

Jpm: I was being ironic about the 1k deposit - but I failed to place a smiley in the correct place. ;) I do know that logs like the one I presented is worth nothing if the casino decides to screw you...

Hmm, if I deposit 100$ and get 400$ and have to wager 12500 I would expect to loose somewhere around 250$ playing VP, is that correct?
