Anyone heard of Aladinn palace casino?


Reason I ask , I checked google and found out they are part of World Club Group which is "accredited"
Only thing that concerns me is the fact I received a telephone call, not an email offering me a free no string attached 50 bucks intro bonus.
I know many here frown upon casino emailing them wondering where they got number from or email address from... Well this doesnt bother me as long as they pay up
 
The phone call is a little weird, do you have a club world account?

Anyway, it's another operation of club world. Pretty solid. However, if you open an account there it will be a "new account" so you'll have to worry about faxback forms and stuff.

I signed up @ Aladdins after hearing they were associated with Club
World from this forum. I deposited and took the 100% slots bonus. While I was playing a popup displayed and asked me to call CS. They just wanted to verify some basic info that I had just entered. Then the rep told me if I sent in a faxback they would give me $50.00. I did, and they had it in there the next morning.:)

Good thing they both went really fast.:mad:
 
I have made eight, maybe nine deposits at this casino since they came online all with at least 50 % bonuses . I hate to say it but this place sucks like a hoover vaccuum. Thousands upon thousands of .20 or .40 spins without my bankroll ever increasing on any game.
I sent numerous emails asking how this could be which all went unanswered until last night when I added a few "choice" words to my email , this got answered immediately (lmao). Then this morning I get some kind of trumped up excel spread sheet from a manager names Tom claiming that the slots have paid me out an 84 % return over thousands upon thousands of spins which is a complete joke. That % is a joke even if I got that much play which I can assure you I didn't. Out of all deposits put together I haven't met the wager requirements for the first bonus yet. HAHAHA !
Also, after receiving that initial phone call like the others to verify my account for the $50 I have gotten two phone calls to my house which my son answered while I was at work and both claimed they were from Aladdins Palace management. Upon calling back both times I was told by customer service they have no record of any such calls.
Maybe it's just me but these RTG casinos seem to be a complete joke lately. Unless your running big money spins going for the random jackpots it is my humble opinion that you are wasting your time and money playing this software.

Well, they DO tend to make quite a few minor mistakes, and can sometimes ignore the odd Email or three.

To be honest, I am not keen on the name, Aladdin's Palace - It's so.... well... forgetable, in fact, I can't even remember opening an account there:confused:

Would it be possible to put my $50 in, say, Club USA, as I do recall having an account there:rolleyes:
