Hi everyone:

I have had this problem for about 6 months. it rendered few slots un-playable.

Everytime I play BDBA, untamed tiger, panda, wolf and many other slots, my computer crushed with big blue screen.

However, on some other slots like IM and santa wild etc, I can play many hours with no problems.

The most recent was last week, I had a long session with IM for 10 hours, all good, but as soon as I moved on to BDBA, my computer crushed.

It happens on all MG casinos I played, 32red,Dash etc. However, my computer is quite uptodate with i7, 7200 rpm HD, good video card.

Some slots like BDBA, as soon as I open it, the computer fan is starting "screaming"...

I have ruled out this is some kind of virus or malware...

Anyone has similar problems? Any tips? Thank in advance.

Cheers

First thing that pops in my head is that it might be overheating. Nothing I can recommend specifically other than check to be sure all cooling fans are running. (Sometimes the fan on the vid card can die and you may never know it - if it has one.) If it is overheating, adding a little fan is usually no problem.

Others that play MG might have some specific suggestions for clearing the cache or similar... MG is has always been notorious for high CPU usage and generally being a hog.

Good luck.

The blue screen actually tells you why the computer is crashing. If you can copy as much info from that screen as possible and post it here you might have a better chance of figuring out the reason.

Hey Plastic! nice to see you again :D hope everything else is good with you ;)

try this : uinstall and shut down PC, and turn it on, temporary shut down the antivirus, go to MG file at C: delete and go to trash and delete there too, now go to the MG casino and install it again. and see if this works, i had some problem before and after i did this everything went fine :)

It is indeed very likely that it has to do with updates, which happen every time new games are released, which is pretty often:)
I don't know if you just recently installed them anew: if that is the case, are you multitabbing much? I just "came" from another thread where multi-tabling is a topic.
There might be some usefull tips: also if you have them installed you could un-install them and try the browserversions instead?
That might help, no guarantees, but you could start with one, to try (don't even need to uninstall ofc, just open the instant play)

If the above is not helpfull, i would indeed follow skinys advice and post your bluescreen-pic here (or in the SS that suck section:p)
Welcome back btw!

Some of the older games have probably never been updated and configured to run with newer versions of Java, there are addons out there that run a multi Java version, try turning off all addons before loading BDBA, (you would be surprised at how many problems a certain browser and incorrect/out of date addons can cause, especially at MGS casinos, at certain MGS casinos I cannot open the bank page or playcheck unless I make IE my default browser). also, go to start>run>type dxdiag in the little box and press ok, click on the display tab are all three DirectX feature options enabled? (if they are not enabled they will be greyed out).

make sure your gfx card and directx versions are upto date, like skiny stated there will be a code on the BSOD, look in event viewer also - in applications and other relative error logging services.
