A bit weirded out. Trada is my go to casino, however I made a withdrawal yesterday, and went to check up on it today.
A full business day has gone by and the status of the WD has not moved, the Live Support button is missing, when I try to click the live chat link it is somehow disabled, and no reply to my email.
Not seen this from Trada before, have they started the migration to the new platform early or something?
Unlike them to leave a wd just dangling in thin air for this long, and to be non responsive.
Can anyone else "Live Chat" with them? Perhaps it is account specific?
