i have been playing there, for about three years,...during that time i asked to find out how much i've played, vs how much i won.
THey told me yesterday, almost 9K i spent, and i've only been able to cash out, 1925.00.
they have a policy , that to cash out you must win 12 times what you bet, so if you bet 25.00, you need to win 300.00 to cash out.
I just spent about 300. there this weekend,...and not a win anywhere.
The most i ever got up to on the slots, was 99.00 and you cannot cash that out.
the bingo games, are about two or three dollars, mostly bingo bucks..
I doubt i will be going back they make me feel like they've ripped me off big time
I see people who have come in there the first week and won a big jackpot
I haven't won a jack pot since i've been playing there.

It makes me feel like a sucker.
Anyone else have bad experiences there? thanks:mad:

from the info that you just posted i suggest you run for your life away from them [there terms plain out suck]

PS sorry to be so blunt

do other online casino's pay out better than this?

as i said i just spent over 300. dollars there this weekend and just won a bingo game for .55 cents.

Not blunt, but honest and thank you

yes i haven't run into a casino that wants me to bet 12x my deposite only
[because you didn't mention a bonus ]:)

or is this some sort of hybrid term were say you bet .50 cents from your
starting bank roll of $25$ to go forward to cash $6$ on that specific bet
while leaving the rest of the roll in a different account
if so way to f;ed for me :)

hard to get positive off the OP

If you deposit, fifty dollars, then you'd have to 'win' twelve times what you originally deposited, ...meaningn that you'd probably have to win 600.00 to withdraw.

I was told, that i had to win over three hundred, when i depositied 25.00.
that would be twelve times 25.00

how horrible!

WELL THEY LOST 2 MAJOR PLAYERS IN THE CAST ROFLMAO

Do they have this rule of 12x your deposit needing to be wagered? You would think this would have been posted before now, as I have seen them around for some time.

I know Microgamming prior to splitting for the US version, had a rule that for wire withdrawals a US player could not withdraw less than $300. Didn't matter how much you deposited, just that you had to at least have $300 or more to withdraw, but this only applied to wire transfer. Other payment choices had no limits.

So maybe there is a miscommunication? However if this is the case, it should be stated in the T&C's.

It seems they've rivised them a bit, but here are their rules...
and you put this together with the fact that you cannot win there, and you might as well just send them your money and forget the prize::

Maybe i did miscomumicate? But you tell me,..?

This is simply ridiculous and very vague. Not that I'm an expert on this stuff, but to me it appears they are insinuating you have to wager your deposit 20x, since they aren't saying what the 20x wager rule is applied to, this is a loophole for the bingo site IMO.
They may say no hidden strings, but it seems to me like they have left some space for interpretation at their convenience.

I have only played at these bingo sites on the free BBZ's, never even wanted to take the next step to actually depositing. But I see no incentive in the rules or the actual games to make a player want to give them real money.

Not being able to win there is getting pretty much standard practice anywhere, but some places seem more blatant than others. If I were to ever play anywhere again, I would never play where they try to attach your deposit.

well, from what they told me, it is as i said, if you wager 25.00 then you had to win 300 to withdraw. although i see they have some different policies since Jan of this year, oh and they are out of a middle eastern country now LOL

I wasted good money there this weekend, and i will never do it again.
I used to love the slots, and the kids at bingo are the best...
it's said though, to spend money hoping to win something, and get burned like this...thanks for your help guys...

oh they give you bingo bucks but for what? I've won 500 of them and still didn't win anything at bingo.
I gave them one last chance this weekend..
they are a rip off and I wish there was a way to get my money back..
You'd think you could win once in a while, ...
I don't think i've won enough to cash out, in a year or more.

This is BS...
I am angry..
I don't expect to win all the time, but i sure don't like to LOSE all the time..

i feel like it's theft.. to be honest.

I just wrote to them explaining how unfair i think their site is...
all i got was basically' as you know, some people are luckier than others ""LOL

they took a lot of money from me, and no wins in over a year. I always kept going back because i hoped things would be as in the days when i first played ther,
NOTHING and they thanked me for my 'feedback' this wasn't feedback and i am thinking of complaining to the Casino meister

They said they are sending it to management.
I would think they wouldn't want to fluff customers off like this to be honest.

I can admit, that it's often that you lose at gambling, but to withdraw maybe four times in a three year span, is out of touch and not fair, to me are all sites like this??

To me, if you aren't able to withdraw in a few months and this is being generous, I would dump them and never go back.
You will always get the excuse that you're on an unlucky streak, but really, how many others are on the same streak constantly?
Guess a casino can say anything as they know we have no way of verifying much of anything.
Not all sites are like that, but in my opinion, most are. So stick with the few accredited ones where you see less or no complaints.
Otherwise, casinos that are all take and no give once in awhile, dump them, they're not worthy of people supporting them.
There are many things in life we do have to support, casinos aren't one of them.

Hope you find one you're happy with.

yea, youre right they DID try to give me the 'some people are just more lucky'

well, i am sorry to take seven thousand dollars from someone and think you can just explain it away with the excuse that 'you're not as lucky as the other' more or less, was disgusting to me
I even deposited one more time, to try to win something ...
i dunno why.
of course I won nothing..
thanks for your support though x

Those terms are truly awful and not justifiable and are there for the the simple reason that they make withdrawals virtually impossible.
I would close the account, accept the losses and find somewhere decent to to play if you really want to carry on, there are plenty of reputable bingo sites out there.
IMHO any casino that requires a playthrough of a deposit (without a proper bonus) is just ripping you off.

well i wrote to them as i said...
and we'll see what else management has to say.
thing is, that it seemed fair before
I don't like to put them down as far as their games go, they're one of the best, and that's why i continued to play there, their slots are awesome
But what's the use if you just go to pay hundreds and thousands, just to play online slot machines, and never win?
I saw a lot of people complaining they never win..
I will see what they have to say for themselves. and no, i won't be depositing anymore money there, for sure..
i mean, i don't expect to win all the time, but when you can't even withdraw, because you haven't made 12 to twenty times the amount you depositied, they have you over a barrel

Well The trend of lose lose lose lose is all too common... I mean even at accredited casinos...

I usually stick to a casino and deposit loyally... Im in the same boat at a reputable casino... No problems and no hidden terms and conditions, but really unfair RTP (To me atleast), other people win but you wonder why after $15 000 you havent been able to cash anything out (besides your own deposits on a 2 occassions) - I enjoy playing the slots and everything about the casino, but the payouts suck...

i'll still play there, because i like the games and it will be for entertainment now (small infrequent deposits) if there is a win, sure enough you will be paid, but my deposits will now go to MG, and RTG - ocassionally Rival (Only where ive deposited and have been paid)

You will be amazed how many wins you can get on other platforms and how many more cashouts come.... When you continue depositing over 400 times to TRY and get a win, you finally are of the opinion that no matter where you play and how much you depsoit, you will not win... Changing from that 'Bad Luck' casino will actually show you that you can win every now and again and not lose everytime you play :)

Personally i think you should refrain from depositing at a place where you have T&C's that are blanatantly aimed at preventing you from cashing out and secondly where you lose ALL the time...

Give it a go - I did - i am pleased i did... Maybe i will deposit in bigger amounts, when the casino i love so much decides its time to also let the player have a slice of the cake ...

Good Luck
