anyone else having issues with allaccess netspend?

i been trying to use my allaccess netspend credit card and i get declined also the website i cant get to and i tried to call the phone number and they say technical issues but for how long - what an inconvience to wait over 3 hours and cant use - anyone else having problems?

Try right now - cause I'm not having any problems.
