anyone else get this /RTG poor loading

I get this with only rtg casino's some a bit different but all are off as in this pic then it carry's over to the full screen mode
any advise or remarks welcome

I can bring it to correct size with ctrl& the wheel on the mouse but its a pain to have to do it when I change screens

I get the same thing on a few but not all RTG's. I usually switch to full screen mode when this happens.
