I won money at shoot jack but this is my first time playing here it says it has 48 hour optional reversal period then they will contact me further has anyone cashed out there?

Interesting.

When Shootjack launched a few years back, it was licenced in Alderney and was decent enough but was a bit slow to pay (72hrs+). A couple of years ago, I was told it folded but from what I see, maybe it was sold or acquired or something as I'm sure it disappeared for a while.

Anyway, the disturbing thing is I can't see any licensing info on the site at the moment unless I am missing something. It's certainly not obvious. The company that runs it is licenced in Curacao which isn't great from a player's point of view but nor necessarily bad either in my opinion.

I'd give it 4-5 days and if nothing is happening and support haven't responded, you could try PAB'ing but I'm not sure that Max can help on this one anymore. Chances are you will get a response anyway but see how it goes.

PS. Congrats on cashing out from BetSoft games! That is no mean feat in my experience :D

Apparently shootjack has the same owners as amsterdamscasino.com which had this whole debacle when sheriffgaming offices were raided last year, and something happened, apparently some sister casinos were shut down, and possibly some players left unpaid unless player funds were transferred from sistercasinos such as jackpotred.com to amsterdamscasino.com .

You can read from this here:https://www.casinomeister.com/forum...sets-seized.57191/?highlight=amsterdamscasino

Anyhow i dont know what the situation with the group currently is, and if they upon a change of management paid off players. Possibly someone with more knowledge of the situation could shed some light into this.

Apparently there is a 48 hour pending period and I have sent them my ID which they say is fine but they asked for my bank details as apparently although they can take a deposit from neteller they can't pay out that way... Hmm fingers crossed this isn't just a massive runaround.

Well 2 weeks on and still no money. A lot of emails saying money has been paid then saying it bounced back and asking for my bank details for the 3rd time now, I should've known better

If this is true and shootjack is linked to amsterdamscasino... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

From experience they are as crooked as they come.

The whole saga was where servers were taken down last May of amsterdamns casino and all sister sites (jackpotred, etc) after the office raids.

Many members had a pending withdrawal and were left in limbo. I was 1 of them.

Many months later Amsterdamnscasino advertised a relaunch under new management. They however were not willing to honour the old debt to members. Numerous people gave up with the idea of getting their money, others were offered a pittance (Someone had something like 1000 pending before the raids, new management offered them their 50 deposit back and a really poor free chip with a max cashout of 200).

When new management stepped in and re-opened amsterdamnscasino I sent an email asking if my withdrawal that had been pending at jackpotred would ever be honoured... I was told if they ever re-opened jackpotred, I would be informed.

2 weeks ago (Approx 7 months since the raids) I visited jackpotred website to see if it was still down or had been re-launched....

The domain redirects to amsterdamns casino. Since they now have control of the domain, I wondered if they would now be willing to pay what I was owed and jackpotred.... Nope... same reply as before... If they do relaunch jackpotred, they will let me know (yeah right).

"possibly some players left unpaid"

In all fairness, this figure is probably 100's, if not 1000's of people left unpaid. Nobody who had a pending balance at the sister sites received a penny. Whilst people who had a pending withdrawal or a balance at amsterdamnscasino before the raids were offered nothing or just a fraction of what they were owed.

Hi sparkz,

Could you forward your correspondence with this casino group to me? Email webmaster@thepogg.com. I'm in the process of reviewing this group and if they've not paid players that obviously would substantially impact their standing.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

You reckon he'll still have it after 8 months?
It's worrying that they're even getting reviewed if the cases of the OP and the other complainant are kosher.
I know on your site you give short-shrift to bad boys, and checking on the web for other comments I'd say a warning would suffice for a review.
21prive are also owned by the shell company in Curacao that own this site plus the G'day casino that gave Nifty the Vegemite.

Whether it's likely or not I have to ask - it's part of doing appropriate research and at the present time I've not found any other accounts of players that specifically didn't get paid when the new ownership of this group reopened them.

Simply saying that I'm in the process of reviewing them doesn't necessarily end with them getting a positive review, in fact the vast majority of the time it ends in negative reviews, no links. This is more effective than a warning - from a ranking perspective content rich articles are more likely to rank higher. I can also say that the Click Through Rate on 'Not Recommended' casino listings in google is far higher than the positively listed one, specifically because players see the status in the google snippet and are more likely to want to see the reasons for the negative listing. At the end of the day the 'casino review' search term is a very competitive with lots of traffic and if a casino have been misbehaving more players are likely to end up seeing the negative review than a short warning. I appreciate the CM warning system and it works well for such an established community but there is a method to my approach.

The above said, if I cannot find something I can gain some degree of verification on it would be inappropriate to come down on the group.

As it happens another member has pointed out that sparkz has retired from gambling for personal reasons and as such I'll be refraining from taking this line of questioning further.

If you have a link to somewhere that I can find details of Nifty's issue it would be appreciated.

Thanks

P.S. the company actually own a good few venues - 21 Prive, G'Day, Amsterdams, Golden Key, Casino Discover, ShootJack, PlayGrand

Nifty I believe had a few minor niggles but got his Vegemite welcome gift or something of that ilk delivered OK - he joined the G'day property I think, being in Australia. I'll look it up and then post back so you see the opinions of those who joined.

P.S. Found it, here's the link about G'day and their comments from members:

G'day casino that gave Nifty the Vegemite.

LMAO - when you referenced giving Nifty Vegemite I thought you were using Cockney Rhyming Slang, I didn't think for a second you actually meant they gave him Vegemite.

The association with Sheriff, specifically with the raids that occurred on the Sheriff offices, is enough to impact the reviews they'll receive but I was looking for verification on non-payment of player balances. That would have immediately resulted in 'Not Recommended' status.

Thanks for your help dunover.

Ah....! I see. Never crossed my mind, I think I've worked it out 'vegemite' = 'shite'? No, as you saw I was referring to their bizarre promo which always stuck in my memory..:)

I got a chance to talk to the owner of the Imperium Network Solutions (INS) group over the weekend about this particular issue.

The original intention when they aquired the Amsterdams group of casino had been to reopen all of the casino, but on further examination as 90% of the player base was with Amsterdams ultimately the other domains were simply redirected to Amsterdams rather than reopened. As far as INS management are aware all players were paid fully, there was a notification sent out to player that to reclaim their funds they would have to open an account with Amsterdams and their balance would be paid to that. However if any player with the brands listed below did not receive their funds, INS have said that they are happy to resolve this issue. Simply contact me (preferably at my own site rather than via PM here, I'm less likely to miss it) and I'll do what I can. Alternatively if you're more happy working with CasinoMeister contact Max or Bryan and point them to this thread (they both have my contact details) and I'll be happy to put them in contact with INS management directly.
