Question Anybody recently withdrew from best casino?

I have a withdrawal which was processed on 26/02/2016 to my visa and still hasnt reached my bank. I asked them for a transaction code but they said to wait till next tuesday for the withdrawal

Normally withdrawals to my debit card hit my account the next working day afternoon after being processed e-g made a withdrawal this monday evening around 9pm from guts and it was in my account 3pm on tuesday

The support has been very good tbh as they always are but i never had such a long wait for a withdrawal to hit my account after its been processed, my last withdrawal from them couple of months ago also came to my account next working day

The win was from a very productive session on wishmaster where i hit the full wild screen twice for a total win of 2200x in 20 odd spins on 0.6p bet, played couple of hundred then cancelled the bonus and withdrew as i hadnt touched the bonus(asked support and they said i could withdraw)

Anyone recently withdrew from there back to visa debit/electron. If you did, could u plz tell me how long it took to come to your account?
 
I'm about to ask for a withdrawal here as I've nearly met wagering. Support seem very helpful and confirmed I don't need docs below £2000.

When you took the bonus asadzareef89, did it show in the account section how much wagering you had left? I haven't touched the bonus money either and they said I could withdraw whenever.

I still had around 500 left but was losing quick so i cancelled the bonus, it was showing in my account sub-tab balances. M

They do process the withdrawals very quick but because neteller still isn't accepting transactions from them i deposited via debit card and withdrew back to visa

Just a bit of advice if neteller has started accepting their transactions again, withdraw to neteller/skrill as their visa withdrawal is way too slow
 
I am waiting on a bank transfer as from Tuesday. I thought it would have been in my account by now but chat says it is 5 days. I'll wait and see.

when i asked for a transaction code i was told to wait till tuesday (7 working days or 11 days) then they will check up on it

personally never had to wait more than a day before for a withdrawal to hit my bank account so find this really strange
 
I put my withdrawal through for 1750 this morning and was told it would be sent within 48 hours. As it's the weekend now I don't expect any movement until early next week.

Will keep you updated. So far I like this casino as they have no silly t&c on which games can be played when using a bonus such as the Wishmaster or DoA.

Had an e-mail this evening saying the funds have been sent to my card. So that made a total of 26 hours pending period with a withdrawal during a weekend.

Not too shabby and they didn't ask for identification :thumbsup:

mine was processed on 26/02 n i still havent received it, they did though give me a transaction code but bank cant help me with it as they cant see a transaction until it reaches my account(convenient lol) hope u get urs quicker than mine

also i didnt receive an email confrmation saying its been processed but live help informed me
 
Withdrawal has just gone in my bank account as a VISA refund. Considering it was processed late on Saturday, pretty damn quick!

mine came in today, 10 days after it was processed, whats strange is that my history now shows it was processed this friday when the live chat/email clearly told me multiple times it had been processed on 26/02 n i should get it last wednesday, then thursday when it hadnt even been processed

Seems very odd, maybe they process all the pending transactions in one go. If you give them another chance in the future, will be interesting to see what happens.

Fairly sure next time I request a withdrawal I'll be asked for full documents.

I've still not got mine, it says processed on 26/02/2016...strange, mine is by bank transfer.

Any fresh info about withdrawals?

I never rated them as fast-paying casino, especially in the last ~6 months when they needed up to 72h to process Skrill withdrawal.
But last week they frustrated me a lot as it took them full 7 days to pay me on Skrill less than 1k + some valueless promises on chat when I asked why does it take so long.

They are busy? WTF?
For me it sounds like a bullshit she had to sell to the clients because...hmm ...because they are losing their financial liquidity? It would fit the theory as apparently they started massive spam emails marketing campaign to gain new customers.

However it is, I have serious doubts and concerns about depositing again. I regret because I really like to play there.
What are yours recent experiences?
