Anybody hear of Jackpot Capital casino?

I have to agree with Rusty because based on some data/results from my play, their payout appears to be under 30%. This is totally unacceptable, but maybe they did look at their games and made some adjustments. I don't know if it's worth the chance of going back there because I feel like I should just throw my money out the window as it yields the same results.

I have lost every deposit except one at this place - each deposit ranged from $300 - 500 and made about 8 of them. Closed account but before I did, asked them for results of last nights play. Here's a sample of payout percentages from some of their rigged slot games:

Achilles - 45%
Aztec Treasure - 81%
Ceasar's Empire 43%
Cleopatra's Gold 59%
Crystal Waters 80%
Funky Monkey 27%
Paradise Dreams 48%
Lions Lair 60%
Realm of Riches 16%
Jackpot Pinatas 48%

Some of the better ones-
Paris Beauty 171%
Penguin Power 124%
Triple Toucon 131%
Sherlock Holmes 142%

Ten of Fourteen slots (71%) pay 80% or less. Overall about 86% - very scarce bonus rounds and real possibility of losing your money every time.

Today, I received a snailmail CD and free chip from this lot. Seems they accept Neteller too, and do seem to pay if you have the good fortune to win.

I recall that the same allegation has been made against Club World and iNetbet, but I pretty much took Club World to the cleaners on their slots a while back with $5 bets, so maybe it is a matter of variance. RTG casino can alter the way their slots play, but I don't think they can set them below 80% at worst, and more likely 90% would be the minimum. To get a feel for how "tight" they are, check the paytables on some of the well known games, such as 3 card poker, and Jacks or Better video poker, and see how this compares with the Microgaming equivalent, which are "full pay" for these two games. Check paytables with other accredited RTG casinos and see how the payouts compare. One can perhaps infer what settings they are likely to have chosen for their slots from this information.

What makes you think they can not set them below 80% VWM?
That is a specific figure but surely they can be adjusted to be Zero %.
Are you saying that RTG have built in a minimum payout into their software or that they set a Casinos payout %?

I was told by an RTG licencee that RTG offer 3 payout levels (on the slots at least): 97%, 95% and 93%. The casino picks one and sticks with it. They can only ask RTG to lower it with justification and it takes months. 2nd hand info, but no reason to distrust who told me.

did anybody ever bother to ask....?????:eek2:
Is that 95 % the money they take out off our deposits?????
Cause we......all of us.....probably misundearstood.:p
When "they" talk about % they are trying to let us undearsteand what theyr fees are:confused:

i had great service there and was paid within 24 hours, not bad at all, i found on my play with them the first two times, was way above what i would consider to be normal r.t.g payouts, the third time was way under but i cant complain. i found them to be on the ball as far as answering emails go, they have two nice reps i dealt with on there, yazmeen and another person, yazmeen is in charge of payouts and i was treated most kindly there....laurie:)

Anybody actually stop to wonder where they got hold of your mailing addresses to send the CD's to? So much for integrity and privacy..

I got the CD as well but I know I never gave them my mailing address because I had never heard of them prior to that.

I uninstalled it but i got a CD with a free $50 chip code so why not. Its 20times but doesnt say anything about a max cashout/

Am i allowed to give the code so you guys can try it or will I get in trouble ?

Interesting point. It seems a great many casinos I have never had a relationship with are able to send me offers to my mailing address. Since my mum and other family households do not get these casino CD's, this is clearly targeted mail, and not sent to specific postcode profiles bought from a database. Clearly, some company(s) have hold of target mailing lists of people who actively gamble online, so someone is supplying our mailing addresses to this database, along with the information that we gamble online.

Very interesting that Simmo, I hope it is true.
Unfortunately my experience tells me that the second figure in that % may be correct but the first maybe off by a bit

Hit the Jackpot on us!
$50 FREE BONUS
plus 100% MATCH UP BONUS UP to $100

nothing about oh if I was to hit a
random jackpot on their free $50

That is misleading then, you cannot hit (to keep) any kind of "jackpot" with the free $50, but hopefully can with the deposit and bonus.

This is RTG though, and even the better ones can still take liberties such as this. Max cashouts are mostly an RTG peculiarity, although I have seen others, even MG, have this stipulation on the very first free chip where a player has never deposited.

Got mine in the mail today, as well. My Diet Coke is sitting on it.

Any official word from any quarter on exactly who owns them, where the hell they came from, and where the devil did they get my mailing address? Gives me the creeps to see so many RTGs popping out of the woodwork like roaches...

I've contacted RTG twice on this, seeking clarification, but no response. The 'Meister has better contacts there, so perhaps he can try.

But don't forget that the "random jackpots" will be factored into the payout % so without hitting one of them, it will be lower - how much I couldn't say. Not that that really matters nor is it deceptive in any way, it just increases the variance - significantly. In fact, the lower you bet, the longer the timeframe of the expected payout % being hit will be spread, although it should make no difference to the variance itself.

I hadn't taken account of the RJ TBF but that said it must be a very small % of wager that goes into it because even with maybe other players playing at 45C a spin it doesn't go up 1c every spin so I would say an absolute max of 2% and probably a fair bit less.

All that said one of the very few Casinos where I got expected payout % was Bodog an RTG but I stopped playing when the slots suddenly went dead for a couple of Months (and I do mean dead) towards the end of last Year.
The only other places to get near expected returns that I have played are Mummy's Gold and Villento(MG) and imperial (GV) but imperial like Bodog suddenly went dead.
Just to clarify dead I am talking consistently below 60% returns on wagers over a sustained period.
Just my experience but it does show that the majority of Casinos have tighter slots than what their websites suggest.
I think the majority of avid slots players will have returns under 90%

I do more reading than posting on this forum so I figured I better start posting some.I got the 50 free chip in the mail and ran my roll up to 130 bucks then it went south:sob:.Started spinning at 20 cents then later went to a buck.Had a few good hits but nothing REALLY good.Oh well.... it burned up 5 hrs on this rainy day:thumbsup:.Good luck to all the free chippers!

i still stand by my statement that they seem to be a good casino imo , several small deposits and i was paid within 24 hours,so i will continue to play there until proven wrong. you need to play where they pay and your treated decent, isnt that correct?...................laurie

Absolutely, but never forget you need to win before you can worry about being paid ;)
As you say treat as you find and I hope you are soon posting winners screenshots

I got a nice streak of straits and flushes on 3CP and reached 1600 after meeting the wagering requirement!!

I tried to cashout, but after sending the verification docs I couldn't log in anymore. I just called them and they told me that they had problems with the network/connections in my area :what: The call center agent told me that all I can do is wait till the security department contacts me. Very very strange :what:

This feels like an excuse to me. Confiscating winnings after you make a huge win... What do you suggest? Just wait a few days?
