Anybody having issues at Casumo?

I have stuck with Casumo for quite a while but the experience playing on a mobile there is becoming painstakingly tiresome.

For sometime now I haven’t been able to load any Netent games. I have managed to live with that as I only play a handful of them. Although it has cost me quite a lot in lost bonus spins. Again I can’t be bothered to complain to live chat as it’s not worth the hassle.

I have also had a few other issues I put up with. Tonight however the straw is just about to break the camels back. Twice after returning to homepage I find I am logged out this happens on other sites also. The strange thing is my balance remains in perfect order. How can I be playing a game when I am logged out?

The other thing is it seems they have a new platform for Btg games. Great I thought as I sometimes had issues on the old one. Would you believe I now can’t load any along with the fact it affects Blueprint aswell.

How do they expect customers to put up with this? How can they be so complacent with such competition for players? I see exactly the same problems as you and not only on Casumo.

It's maybe something to do with your mobile device as I have relatively old phone (Samsung Galaxy A5 2017) comparing to all other newer models.

My friend has one of the last Samsung models and to me seems like he would be able to play without problems even sitting in a cave.
 
Yes it does happen on other sites occasionally but then certain other sites don’t give me any problems so if it was my issue I would expect consistency across all sites.

What I find intriguing is how I am obviously logged out of Casino but still able to play a game and only told I am logged out when returning to the homepage.
 
I’ve had the same problems.
The BTG platform change is the most annoying for me. Playing on my iPhone using different browsers, Extra Chill no longer fits on screen properly. If you change from portrait to landscape or vice-versa it crashes the game resulting in the error message posted by Snorky above.
 
The thing is there must be thousands of people playing on phones that get this experience but the casino does nothing about it. I can’t believe for a second they are unaware of it. Just goes to show casinos can’t be that hard up if they can just potentially allow millions of pounds to escape the net through their own incompetence.
 
Noticed the same on my iPhone XS. BTG and Blueprint games don’t quite fit, so you can’t see the bottom row in some cases. And on Extra Chilli the symbols don’t appear in the bottom “bin” unless they cause a reaction.

And the balance display is out of sync, at the top of the screen and so tiny as to be illegible.

They have messed up.
 
I just withdrew my balance and thought I may aswell empty my free spins library. Only to find they were all on Red Tiger games which always greet me with the same message (as below) so I lost those also. If you switch to another game it doesn’t load. Last month offshore dead or alive 2 wouldn’t load for love nor money, after many instances with live chat about clearing cache and cookies I gave up and wasted my deposit of book of very dead.
Back home the issue happens regular, have to ironically clear cache and cookies and delete search history and almost reset my phone for it to work.
Pretty poor as the majority of my deposits go to casumo.
BTG where the same to, that’s to be expected from them lot however.

Same with me. Not played for ages but at work other casinos i never had a problem with.
Funny how malfunction voids pay doesn’t work when you are a player and have to waste your deposit on a game you didn’t want to play as the casinos game didn’t work properly...
 
Yeah I have been a victim of that scenario and it never works out for the better. Just leaves you thinking if my game was working I might have won. Anyway I am not putting up with it any longer I will just play at casinos where I get smooth game play and everything works fine. I think that leaves hmmmmmmmm 2:laugh:.

I've forwarded this to our tech department so that they can investigate where we can find the screw that is loose in the giant Casumo machinery.

I'd really appreciate if you can share any details about your devices, browsers etc, and/or other technical details that might be able to help us out on the way. And I understand if that is something you don't want to share, but send me a PM with what you can/want to provide :)

I just logged in to take a screenshot for you but the casino has reverted back to the old platform for Btg and Blueprint so they appear to be ok but I didn’t actually play them just loaded them to see.

However I still can’t load Netent games. They load to about 99% and then just stop. They have been like that for ages. As I have stated before if it was my browser or device then surely I would have the same issue at other casinos.

Casumo does have a few bugs on the site when playing via mobile. Sometimes I have to log out twice before it recognises I have done so. I get logged out during games but my balance moves as if I was logged in (strange one). Unless your casino isn’t 100% compatible with mobiles.

I hope this helps a bit. I am not a technical wizard so I am not sure what is happening. Just guessing it’s platforms etc.

I hadn’t been playing much at all until I decided to have a go the other day. Tbh I am going to have to play elsewhere. Casumo has just had a makeover and it’s worse than before.

Bonanza comes up with the same loading error as does Chilli. Quickspin and Red Tiger games play with unbelievable lag and Netent won’t load.

Cleared cache and cookies etc but made no difference at all. The site is just not smooth and while I have no issues with anything else at Casumo I am a paying customer and I expect a decent service.

I can’t be the only one experiencing this, yet nothing is done to rectify it.:(
 
Played also at Casumo yesterday and the site was lagging a bit but not as bad as few others. I reckon it only happens during high visitor traffic on Fridays or Saturdays when gaming servers are overloaded and connection takes longer.

Normally I try to avoid playing at this time in any of the casinos as hard as I can because the laggy sites and games ruin my mood, I get angry and it always leads to losing...

From my experience, the best time to play is between Tuesday-Thursday.

Did also a few spins on some slots and live games at Betsafe and CasinoEuro, those websites were running a bit better but the connection speed on games was the same as at Casumo.
