I am now having problems with a fu##ing casino,but I am totally new to online casino,

I am very angry now,but dont know what to do,

could you give me some advice?
(planning to sue the casino)

Have you talked to a rep here and they say they can do nothing?

If the casino is on the roguelist or no-can-do then I have no clue, but otherwise you can always make a PAB here against the casino.
Just read up on all rules first.

what casino group or software is it also was it a slots or poker thing the only way your going to get decent advice is if you explain more
if it was a spin or a card dealt error if you have chat logs and screenshot that will help you.

If you do not want to post here about it, then as suggested you should file a PAB with maxd. He will keep the matter confidential.

It all depends on what the issue is and what casino it is. Can you at least name the casino? If you don't want to say it on the forum, send me a PM (hover over my name and a menu shows up and click 'personal message')

You can give me a little info about what happened (no account numbers or anything specific) and I'll see if there's anything more we can tell you. Alternatively if you'd rather deal with someone who works here then you can contact MaxD who's the PAB guy or Casinomeister and ask them.

One other tid-bit of advice for you. You will do better in this endeavor if you approach it in a more business like manner as opposed to an overt display of anger with no follow up. If you want to sue them you should contact an attorney, if you want to try the methods available here follow the advice given to you above in a professional manner.

The OP sent me a PM with a little info - the casino is accredited here and the OP feels they were wrongly accused of fraud. I sent the links to the PAB FAQ and form so Max can sort it out. I mentioned to the OP not to post any more about the issue either.
