Question Any Redbet rep replaced Andy?

I can still see Redbet Andy in the casino info so this is not valid anymore.

I agree this need to be updated i was looking fr him as well the other day, but once i found him i saw he hasnt logged on for 6 days so figure i email support to fix my issue, as that would probably be a quicker solution

Hey guys,

PM'ed Alex and got response within the day and my query/issue was resolved.
I had a rather bad run on Untamed Eagle and League of Fortunes,both with a session where free spins were abscent for over 1000 spins and even after that when they came in quicker the pays were not great.
And I got a nice compensation for that.

So for that thumbs up and a thanks to Redbet!
Also the lag I had on their casino last week was completely gone.

If they have e-mail notification for new private messages, as all reps should have, rep might respond almost immediately even if he or she hasn't been logged in for a while.

I have dealt with Alex a few times, and although he is/was not as present as Andy (indeed a guy hard to replace) so far my impression of him is that he is just as professional, helpful and friendly as good 'ole Andy!

Wish Redbet would go on and add some WMS games soon, i understood that they were coming anytime soon?
That would make it twice as interesting in my book!

That's right. Since we're now a part of Bonnier Gaming, who already have an agreement signed with WMS, we just need to solve a few practical issues before they can be implemented and added to our game list

Alex can't login at the moment by the way, something blocking CM from their office for some bizarre reason (happens sometimes based on servers and sites in particular countries). He spoke to me on Skype to see if I could get in so I thought I'd leave a cheeky message on his thread.
