If you want to officially ask CasinoMeister for help, you should use the Pitch-A-Bitch service.
This is free for members, but you only get ONE PAB for all non-accredited casinos (like this one).
Therefore, as your withdrawal is only just overdue, I would suggest waiting a few more days to see if the casino pays-out.

You might also consider using their 'live chat' option. I see the button to the right of the casino riva page. If you are having difficulty by e-mail perhaps talking to them there will get you the info you need.
