Hello, is problem with Riva Casino now? Im waiting for my withdrawal over 4 days and still nothing....Can you contact me by private meesage please? I will send you my username...Thank you very much

We would need more details to advise you better, but some gerneral advice based on their terms and conditions....


From their terms:
Before a Player is entitled to withdraw any amount for his/her Player's Account Mandaplay Limited shall request from the Player proof of identity such as identity card, passport copy or driving licence, and proof of Player's residence such as a utility bill. (have you submitted these already?)

You'll also need to have made a deposit in case you are trying to withdraw from an NDP.

Also from their terms:
Winnings will be credited to the Player's Account following confirmation of the final result. Mandaplay Limited maintains an estimated target of three (3) to five (5) working days following the confirmation of the withdrawal for the processing of payouts but does not hold itself liable for a specific period of time in this regard.

So even if points 1 (docs) and two (a deposit) are not relevant they are still within their advertised timeframes.

I suggest you read the terms, make sure you followed them al, then contact the casino directly if any questions remain. Best of luck.

But I sent them all documents (ID, debit card, bank statement) and I made a minimum deposit (20eur), too. Then I try to make a withdrawal, but still nothing (and todays is 4th business day). I tried to send them email, in what state (condition) is my withdrawal, but no response. They only sent me, that they get my email: ,,Hello,
