Any Betway rep in here?

Hi,

I am wondering if there is a rep for betway here on cm? I am trying to contact them currently over a pending withdrawal.

I did message the person who I thought was the rep from this page https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/12995/ but have not received an reply in several days. Is there a current rep?

Besides, is it normal to get an online utility bill certified? Any experience or knowledge on how to do this?

Rep was last in the 20th (the one you contaacted) - not terribly long an absence, Reps like anyone have holidays.but if reps aren't responding within a decent timeframe, be sure to give Bryan a heads up to follow-up.

I've used online bills - such as bank statements. As long as it's got my name, address and current within 3 months, I've not had problems. It might be a co. they're unfamiliar with.

I am being given the usual run-around on a withdrawal. (ie. Casino did not process my withdrawal for more than a week and when I chat with a rep, they ask for bills and ID. I send them and then a week goes by no action, and I contact again and this time they want certified ID and utility bill. Now I am in the process of getting the documents notorised/certified - only trouble is that all my bills are online . I want to get support from the rep. on this forum so that I don't be subject to any more such tactics.

Would be nice if the gaming industry enforces(makes it a rule) that the casino should initiate contact by email in case of stalled withdrawals. I guess the members here must have many such requests to make the industry clean and this will help. Any such push or initiative going on and if so how to contribute?

Also, I was checking my email Inbox the last couple of days thinking I will get notification when someone replies to the thread. Would be nice to have such a feature as an option perhaps? I was very pleased to come back to the forum and see the replies on this thread. This forum and members are so active - very impressed!!
