28th. September, Reels Royale closes for play. Wasn't too bad, I played there when I tested it.

Add to that list M Casino and Slotto casino who are both closing on the 1st October. They are part of Leo Vegas PLC so I presume that other sister sites may be closing too?
I recall this group giving out very generous daily deals a few years ago during their xmas promo

Most likely shared info from a sister site you play at or are registered with. Against GDPR I believe.

The bigger Online casinos will be buying out and shutting up shop to corner the Market add to that, providers now actively making slots with multiple RTPs ranging from 84 % to 96% add to that the thinking of a Global RTP that can swing from 84 to 96% add to that, the multiple deals going on and Bob might be Your Uncle.

Like a new Stock Market fluctuating year on year.
