An interesting idea...

I am new here, so I have no idea whether this has been done before (or is already done), but here is my idea:

A US player sends the money to an individual in the UK or wherever. The overseas person opens a new account at a casino, then gives the US player the password. The US.player plays to his.or her heart's content..when the US player wants to cash out, s/he notifies the overseas player, who withdraws the money, keeps a bit (maybe $10 or 1%, whichever is greater), and sends the rest back to the US player.

Since no casino is dealing directly with a US player, and no US bank.is dealing with a casino, only an.individual, it seems to be perfectly legal and a.loophole in the law.

What do you guys think?

Have you even tried to enter the casinos in question?
You will probably not even get in because your IP-adress will stop you.

Besides most casinos are tracking IP and they will know immediately.

If you can't play or find a way of doing it by your own I suggest you shouldn't start gamble online.

So you would send your money to a total stranger then?
I have friends here from the US and I would help them if I could. I can't and it wouldn't be worth it.

Read the threads that already are about this subject, but since what you are suggestion actually are illegal, your only way is to take advices from those that are in the US that already have find a way to gamble.

Many have stopped gambling totally so that's why I suggested you shouldn't start.

Considering the unregulated nature of the business and the fact that there is little or no.legal recourse for those who get stiffed on payouts, we are essentially sending money to strangers anyway.

I am not convinced that it would be illegal - any transactions.would be either person-to-person or between the casino and a person living in a country where online gaming is.fully legal. It does not break the law, it gets around it.

It would be lucrative for the casinos while protecting them from the DOJ, lucrative for the intermediary (especially with large payouts), and would streamline the process for US players.

As far as the IP issue, that is very easily solved by using a proxy server.

I don't know, it is just an idea. I don't know how practical it would actually be.

Well, and I don't believe for a second that you are just a young new gambler from the US, living home at his parents place and searching for help to be able to gamble. I havn't thought that since your first post to be honest.
I could be wrong of course.

hi cant remember the thread but this has already been covered somewhere here @ casino meister quite a while ago , people trying to find a loop hole but im sure it didnt get anywhere)

LOL, you serious? Why not?

I started maybe two weeks ago, then read some bad things about the place I was using, stumbled across this site, and decided to use it.to determine the best course of.action.

I am very curious as to what makes.you think.I am lying, and what you think the truth is

It would not be 'legal' as the good casinos are strictly regulated and say no US citizens are to play at their casinos.

Your 'idea' is neither new nor original....

Also, how would your 'friend' get your withdrawal to you? I can assure you, it wouldn't be as easy as you think. Once, maybe... twice... possibly... more than that and the banks would be looking very closely at your account.

And why even bother?

I have many reasons to believe what I do, but a newbie suggestion the use of proxyservers, and tranfering of money between countries to avoid the law. Please

I don't know whether to be mad or amused. Do you think most newbies are computer illiterate and stupid in general? Your assertion is ridiculous, but you can believe it if you want. I just kindly ask that you don't give me a hard time. I guess this idea wouldn't work, but I am trying to figure out a good option for Americans...jumping through hoops to make deposits, high fees, the risk of not getting.paid...it.seems fun, but I don't know if it is worth it. I have looked.into it, ask a few questions, and.I.am suddenly a liar. Like I said, I don't even know how to respond to those allegations.

As I said, I can of course be wrong.
Whatever you are thinking of doing it's not legal. You will not be able to hide your IP adress, or if you try then that will raise suspicions instead.
Transfer of money is laundering and as Mousey said, one way, but not back home again.

So my suggestion is still that if you can't find a way of doing it as legal as possible, without making others to help you out, you shouldn't do it.

The best course of action is to stop gambling online now. It's not fun anymore for USA players, why try and find ways to jump through hoops? Save your money.

When and if it becomes legal for USA gamblers, then have at it.

the only way I ever saw this scheme work was at poker forum at full tilt we had a group of around the globe players that would transfer $$ from player to player on f t p just like gifting at 3 dice, also we all played at poker stars and would transfer money from poker stars account to another poker stars account
for the same sum as received at full tilt ,

there are forums out there that will stake you in a tournament if your stats are approved by the investors forums like [ never beg] or [donkey farm]

relationships do build and ive seen large amounts of money passed from player in one country to another in another country

ive also seen a few guy's roll over and take a hike with some serious cake

I was always given cash to play slots for the poker crew for a fun thing and posted the journey as it went
we had fun and it brings back memories

here is a what seams to be a current staking forum were you can get rolled ------

Yea I don't understand why casinos are hesitant to add a transfer money player to player feature like poker casinos have?

Instead they add stupid tournament rebuy and add on features that a tiny percent of players would use...

at inetbet over the holidays they had a season greeting gift card to do that ,liken to what 3 dice does all the time they have a gifting from player to player or to sponsor a tourney for the chat room ,or VIP players its a wonderful thing

I feel I need to apologize to the OP of this thread.

I have been talking to him and I understand that I was way out of line here.

Usually I tell everyone else to calm down and behave well, and then I start acting bad myself.
Not me really.

So sorry Tony and everyone else:)

Still have the same view on moneytransfer and proxyservers though;)

Thanks, I appreciate that. Like I said, it was an idea, nothing more...I didn't think you were acting bad per se, you just didn't sugarcoat anything. And that's a good thing. Beating around the bush and telling white lies only makes it so that others don't know exactly how you feel. Sometimes the truth hurts, but it is still necessary.

I honestly kind of got a kick out of what you were saying. I wish it were true, because then my background would be so much more interesting. But, alas, it's not.

But I really do appreciate that you took the time to apologize. That's very kind. I apologize, too, if I got a little bit angry and acted out toward you, but as I told you via PM, my integrity is something that is very important to me.

many people from europe does use US IP-proxy to use (netflix, youtube etc) to come thru "This video is not available in your country"

i dont say you should do this as it is not the smart thing to do but IF i had to do it, i would rent a european VPN Service, so your wifi in home suddenly get say UK IP adress. i belive some poker players in US does use this method and when they want to withdraw they send over chips to a "chip buyer" (we talking about high rollers)

just my 2 cents ;)

Good Casino's is a relative term because i believe there are some good casino's that US Players can still play at. Granted we are limited in what we can play and i am really envious of some of the games people get to play that we in the US cannot even have access to. I actually was able to play free at one of the UK online casino's till they figured out my IP address was in the US then i got an error message but it was fun to play for free for a little bit some of those games are just awesome and I would probably either go broke playing them or win like hell cause i love games that have nice graphics like Star Trek etc. There was this Hulk Hogan one i was playing that I SOOO wish i could have put money into lol cause i was winning the freebies like crazy.
