Hi everyone!

Recently I signed up with AmunRa casino.
I was lucky and at the end of the wager requirement which I successfully wagered I was left with 1300 EUR to cashout. :D

I requested a cashout with trustly and my account was verified today. Overall my experience with this casino has been excellent with the exception of the withdrawal process.

Having played with other casino’s in the N1 interactive Ltd. group before I did not expect to stumble upon any problems when making a withdrawal request.

I requested the withdrawal of 1300 EUR yesterday and today I received an email congratulation me on my winnings and at the same time stating that my withdrawal of 1300 EUR was declined and I was asked to request three separate withdrawals of 400 EUR, 400 EUR and 500 EUR.

I logged in to my account and the withdrawal was indeed cancelled so I did as they said and requested three new withdrawals as was requested by the finance department.
Shortly after this i received the following email:

Congratulations on your winnings!

We would like to inform you that your payouts will be made in full accordance with the following shedule:

To be executed Outdated URL - 400 EUR
To be executed Outdated URL - 400 EUR
To be executed Outdated URL - 500 EUR


Seperating my withdrawals over 10/11 days is new to me. Other than that it seems like a very good casino. I have had bigger withdrawals paid within hours on slotwolf (also part of the same group). I have to wait untill the finance department contacts me with an explanation about the separate withdrawals.

In the meantime maybe there is someone here that has some experience with the withdrawal procedure at this casino? :)

Their website terms and conditions €15000 a month €2000 a week withdrawals? Seems strange? Was their any specific terms attached to the bonus?

I did ask for clarification on this request for the three separate withdrawals however I haven’t received a reply yet from the finance department. Live chat has been extremely friendly but unfortunately it seems to be out of their hands since they can’t give me an answer on this issue themselves.

I was given the standard 100% welcome bonus. I don’t know about any special terms. I read the bonus terms before making a deposit here and separate withdrawals is something I didn’t come across reading the terms. :)
 
When I click on his name I can see that homebert is a representative for accredited casino’s? I checked the list on casinomeister but AmunRa casino is not listed there.

Heeey! I also played at this casino here, and I have the problem that they don't show my skrill withdrawal method in the payout section. I also made a post for it, but since I didn't know about a REP he might want to help me too and I will appreciate that! I get the same replys from the operators wich is kind of frustrating to. They give me EST in the sence of ASAP or Nearest Future.

Well after my last chat today I give up on communicating about my issue with AmunRa casino. Same standard answers from the live chat agents. The separate withdrawals and the 0 explanation about the 10+ days pending period on these three withdrawals is getting on my nerves.

They were fast enough to discard my initial 1300EU withdrawal on May 7 but they cannot explain their OWN request about the three separate withdrawals and why it has to be done with so many delays in between them.

I don’t believe that these are the same people operating on other N1 interactive Limited casinos. Great platform, friendly agents and swift and no hassle withdrawals.
N1 casino, slotwolf and maneki casino all processed my withdrawals the same day.

The games offered on AmunRa together with most of the friendly agents on live chat is still a plus. My only issue is the withdrawal process and the no explanation about the delay between the three separate withdrawals.

Hello, do you have any updates about your Amunra Case? I have almost the same problem, but with neteller and a way way higher ammount of money.

We have contact in PM, as my issue isn't solved but I have been paid. This does mean that I still want to have this solved. The casino is in fact able to pay but they have issues with there website construction. Specially there withdrawal section is something there needs a high priority look up for as it's not working as it should.

We keep in contact!
 
Day 7 - Still nothing new.

Support is telling me 2 times by Email that i should clear my Cookies & Cache - then it should be available.

It feels like they just dont want to pay me.

They are kidding me ........
 
Day 8 - Support wrote me i should sent in KYC - Documents including Neteller-Screenshot.

Maybe something happening now?
