Am new to this but wanting help with pub casino

Hi I joined pub casino on Sunday, deposited £10 for 50 free spins.

my free spins randomly went to forfeited which I know never did.

I wagered the £10 I went back to check for my free spins being applied and it said I hadn’t wagered anything, so I went to the game the free spins should have loaded on and there we’re there, I thought o play another couple of pound and go back and check and my active bonus went to previous bonus showing two bonuses one wagered the other forfeited. I was with support, they weren’t great at all so I raised it on trust pilot. And decided to just withdraw what I had left on my account £10.
It was then the next day i received a request for a large amount of info to process the withdrawal.

I received emails on registration and another one 2 minutes before the email request for info at 06;14am on the Monday morning

Oh yeah forgot this one yesterday but the bonus was cancelled by player from the bonus page. Therefore no free spins were available.
