Hi. There's a nasty new one out there, ready to lure in the unaware. It masquerades as a virus protection notification, and informs you of serious threats agains your computer security.
I have my computer to not download ANYTHING without permission. Might be a little cumbersome, but better safe that sorry.
DON'T FOLLOW ANY RECOMMENDED PROCEDURES from Alpha (sometimes Alfa) Virus Protection, Online Alerts et. al.
Open up task manager and choose End Programs. Hopefully it will not have infected your system at that point.
If you do get it, looks like some malware programs and help sites can offer advice on removal.
Reports are that it is a nasty one.
