That 10% used to come no matter what, without fail. If I played and lost, I got it, if I wd I got it... I sent an email to VIP support wondering why my last 2 did not automatically credit and they responded with crediting one saying they would look into why I did not get it automatically... That was 3 days ago and I heard nothing back until this...

I'm not so sure I like all the changes lately....

I just requested an account closure at AllSlots.... Since this silent ownership change everything went right downhill.... the 10% bonus is no longer automatic and you don't get it if you dare accept another bonus (used to get it no matter what). VIP's had the ability to forfeit bonus funds instead of meeting playthrough, they took that away too.... VIP support takes forever to answer an email if at all. And even though I was advised my 10% would be credited by 9 am yesterday it was not, I popped on chat to hear I no longer qualified.... (since I received a 2.00 bonus on the small deposit I made because of the "you need to deposit another .78 cents to even get your 10% bonus email)
