I've been playing with alljackpotscasino for many years and never had any withdraw problems.
17 juni i made a withdraw so the money should have been in my neteller account by 19 juni.
I contacted them on 19 juni and they asked me some document and a emmediately send.
Still nothing!
I spoke with different operators and send mails but i hear a different story everytime.
I'm so angry now:mad: has anyone else the same problem with them?

The notorious "stuck withdrawal" syndrome. I had one stuck for well over a week for no good reason. Your case may be more complicated because they asked for documents, which of course they SHOULD have requested themselves, not just wait until you contacted them because your money hadn't turned up.

They don't process at the weekend, so if they do their jobs properly now that they have the documents, you should get your money on Monday.

They seem to have been sold on recently to become part of the Digimedia group (Fortune Lounge, Belle Rock, etc). This might explain why your years of membership now carry less weight with them and why they want to verify your documents all over again.

If the money does not arrive Monday, it's time to contact the rep, (user "Jackpot Factory" in the forum). If this doesn't get you anywhere, the next step would be a PAB (a formal complaint through Casinomeister), or alternatively, eCogra (once you have reached deadlock, or 14 days have passed from when you should have received the money).

The different stories from different people is down to a long standing organisational disconnect between the CS teams and the finance department - they just don't talk to each other!, hence the problems players face when things go wrong.

Today 02:14 i've sent a message to Jackpot factory just as vinylweatherman suggested.
I'm waiting for a reply. i saw that my money was out of my account on friday(not pending anymore).

I went to the website of Digimedia and send an email. Within 1 hour i got a response from Greg.

hi very well done you got round it alot quicker than i did , it had taken soooo long but i went via normal channels as viynl pointed out , anyway nice to see you got paid .
