Hi guys,

So it seems I am in a bit of a predicament. I had my prescribe painkillers and medicine for a bad arm and shoulder tear and decided it would be good thing to try online gambling. I am currently ill and awaiting surgery and cant leave the house for the operation for a week in the risk of getting Covid and missing my op hence why I was bored and playing online. I join All British Casino and flutter with 150, eventually ending up depositing every penny I have in my account, luckily last hand I made it nearly all back and tried to cash out around £3700 before I lost it all. I then get an email asking me for a photo of my bank card, proof of address, and ID, so I send those in. Then I get an email asking me to fill out a diligence form which I found a bit odd, so I filled at in and sent it. So now they asked for 3 months of bank statements! Against my better judgement I sent those in, where they can see every penny of my life where its being spent, etc. Now I have radio silence from them, they have all my personal documents, my personal expenditure, and still my money is not being paid which I need for my aftercare. I am here for advise what shall I do? Thanks

I join All British Casino and flutter with 150, eventually ending up depositing every penny I have in my account nearly £4000 that was needed for my care post surgery. Luckily last hand I made it nearly all back and tried to cash out around £3700 before I lost it all. I then get an email asking me for a photo of my bank card, proof of address, and ID, so I send those in. Then I get an email asking me to fill out a diligence form which I found a bit odd, so I filled at in and sent it. Luckily I didn't blow the whole £5000 otherwise I would have been completely screwed so was smart enough to just stop before it got too bad. So now they asked for 3 months of bank statements! Against my better judgement I sent those in, where they can see every penny of my life where its being spent, etc. Now I have radio silence from them, they have all my personal documents, my personal expenditure, and still my money is not being paid which I need for my aftercare. Well firstly, stop talking shite.....

I have in my account nearly £4000
out around £3700 before I lost it all
Luckily I didn't blow the whole £5000 otherwise

Quick mafs

What are you talking about? When did you request the withdrawal and have you had confirmation that it's coming at all?

All british are accredited and no issues from members. So what's the issue?

wow talk about aggressive, I had £4000 in my account thereabouts, with a £1000 overdraft. I deposited around £4000 and tried to withdraw £3700. What is your problem? why so rude? do you work for them being so defensive? I came here for advise. I am a newbie on the casino scene approx 3 months. I will keep you guys update if the payment comes in. cheers

I’d guess they mean they were up to 5k, from a deposit of 4K, lost most of it, clawed back 3.7k and is now going through SOW.

I would expect as long as the funds were legit, they will get paid out shortly. I’d also guess they’ll be excluded afterward.

Thanks guys if they are a legit casino I guess I can relax. Sorry it just felt like they were trying to make me jump through every hoop so they dont pay my money. I gave my bank cards, passport, driving license, 3 months bank statements, filled and signed a diligence form. What else? DNA and fingerprint test? Will let you know when they get back to me if they have paid etc, will give honest feedback. But their reviews on trustpilot are horrific and it seems they are going to do same to me, ask for everything under the sun then find any excuse not to pay.

Sorry, I've had a rough night. Totally uncalled for, my apologies

Not intending to derail this thread... but is this actually a thing? Asking for three months bank statements and then forcefully excluding the player from their site because of something they saw in the statements?

If I got banned from every casino I went into overdraft to make a deposit with, I'd never be able to play anywhere.

Basically, yes.
If what they see makes them think you are not a responsible gambler, then they can ban you from their site.

I'm not saying L&L will exclude as a result, but he's said he gambled every penny he had in a short session, money intended for medical treatment. I'd be surprised if they want that risk.

I will be closing my account when I get my withdrawal anyway so not bothered much. Silly mistake on my part tbh and a moment of madness, I blame the drugs they've given me to keep me pain free till my surgery!

Aye, not meant as an insult on my part. Seems you got very lucky to claw it back, but don’t risk it again!

I was very Jammy I nearly pissed it all away, then stupidly on my last deposit went all in got a flush on £150 side bet and the rest on a single black game one hand I had a crappy 15 against a 10, then the dealer bust LOL. Never again! I was VERY lucky and very silly. I had a failed surgery 2 months ago so kind of been depressed since and thats why I started gambling last couple months otherwise I am not a gambler, but it sure has kept my mind of things which had been actually a blessing but started to get dangerous. Will stop completely after my second op unless play a tenner or something with a limit. Already shifted my limit to £100 for the week anyway.
