Alladins Gold- tech problem

Is anyone else having issues with Alladins Gold.
I downloaded the casino and I cannot download slots, states the package is not supported anymore.
Live chat state they are having technical issues. I wish I knew that before I made a deposit.

I have same issue, except, on top of 'package' download problem, my deposits from alert pay are not showing. And their attitude, "Dont worry, if indeed u made a successful deposit, you'll get it by monday" Un-real!

I'm experiencing exactly the same and their reply was the same, have been waiting about 4 hrs now.

Seems there's some kinda rtg disease outbreak. Everything has run smoothly technically for a long time but the last 4-5 months or so downloads fail, no communication with servers, text disappearing, things looking weird, reels overspeeding or barely spinning, unexplained log-outs, cancelled tournies. What's going on?

I was playing last night and I noticed that any game that I hadn't downloaded after their last upgrade (about a week ago) failed when I tried to play now. I was able to play all the other slots that I have been playing on a regular basis since the upgrade. Yes, it has been "buggy" lately. On another note, I requested a withdrawal last night from Alladin and hope I get this one (since Rushmore isn't paying me).

As long as you stayed within all terms and conditions and wagered any bonus you will certainly get paid, and paid very quickly.

Playing at luckyred, one of clubworlds casinos and I get the same issue for hours now. Unable to download any games. Support states because of the weekend may take longer then normal to fix the issue.

But once you get through the wagering requirements, at least there are no fears/concerns about getting paid.

CWC and a few others have been consistently solid without hiccups on payments. We just need to learn to stick where we "know".

(and not be enticed by bonuses at other sites that appear to be to good to be to true and generally are.....)
