All you East coasters!

I live 60 miles north of NYC and it has just started to rain pretty hard, the sky looks white and greyish.

I moved my work van from under it's usual parking area from under a huge oak tree to a safer place. I just hope it stays up and not fall onto my neighbours house. If it does it's bankruptcy time for us here.

All prayers would be appreciated for us all and just when I had stated to a friend that New York is one of the better places to live as far as weather and creepy crawlers...lol. Oh well, bite my tongue.

Keep safe all who is in the path, too.

Be safe everyone.

:) it's been down graded in my area to a tropical depression / storm top wind 40 mph

well they cant bitch about a drought at least for a month [the suburbs need to learn water supply techniques ]

like serious reservoir enhancements super amounts of fresh water empty into the Atlantic ocean and become salted by many rivers in these parts

Glad to hear you are okay rockycatt. I live about 4 hours from NYC, but we are under a high wind alert (35-50 mph winds) and flood alert (2-4 inches of rain per hr until 11 pm tonight). I hope everyone else on the east coast are doing okay.
