Response to silcnlayc's comments

Hello silcnlayc,

You might want to consider finding other options of payment/deposits because a wire transfer shouldn't take anywhere near 10 days to process..and if thats all you have for players options, your casino will be mighty lean on players IMO...here's a tip:I know the casino won't wait 10 days to receive the players funds to play on now will they? :D So why should a player have to wait this long to get their withdrawal??

Whenever a player requests a withdrawal for the first time, we ask for them to return a completed fax-back form and varying forms of proof of identification as an account holder's security is a serious issue. Once these have been received, they then need to be authorised via our security department. Once they are certain that this is a genuine request from a legitimate player then the withdrawal is authorised and the payments department can pay the player via the requested method. The next time the player requests a withdrawal via the same method, they will not need to submit any forms of identification therefore the process is much quicker. The 10 days stated is an indication of the maximum time it would take to process a first time WireTransfer withdrawal and is certainly not an indication of the minimum time it would take.

I will check back in a few months myself because I personally do not like the setup offered now to a player such as myself...24-48 hours should be the MAX wait period for any withdrawal to a player at ANY casino if you want them coming back..

Once a completed security check on the players documents are authorised, a withdrawal would be more in line with your 24-48 hour preference. Please note that All Star Slots also offers a variety of other methods to deposit and withdrawal with to suit your needs, and is constantly looking to expand the options available to you.

I hope this a satisfactory answer and I am happy to answer any more questions you may have. :D

Hello and welcome to the forum Denny, I did in fact receive this email early this morning at 1:01am est., stating that....

Your withdrawal request for 535.0 USD using WIRE_TRANSFER has passed our security checks, has been approved and is now waiting final payment processing.

We will notify you as soon as the payment has left our account.

I have not yet though been notified that the payment has since left your account but hopefully soon I will. Today would be nice too...:D

Although I would have rather had my withdrawal processed back to my Quicktender account since I would have most likely already had the funds deposited in there by now I was not offered this option since I had never made a deposit to your casino using my QT account. I had used one of my credit cards to deposit with.

I didn't really understand this fact either since QT is a preferred web wallet, it looks to me like I could have just given you guys my QT account number and you could have just simply processed my withdrawal back to it no matter whether I had ever used it to make a deposit with here or not as I have also done this at several other casinos in the past....this may be something you can check into please.

It is also nice to hear that the wagering requirement was only attached to the bonus I received and not both the deposit and bonus...again welcome to the forum !!

Rob

Well, I went back on my word and decided to deposit a few dollars...and just play a little...I should have stuck to my guns and am very angry with myself for not listening to that "little" bird talking to me...telling me DON"T DO IT...over and over again!

I registered a real account, made my deposit..they took my money....then went into play in real mode and BAM.....got locked out and this is all I get now that they have my money! I sent an email and they say they will "get" to me within 24 hours...I didn't even ask for a bonus and still got locked out...

Geezes....guys...hello??? anyone home??? Either give me my money back or let me in..you can't have it both ways, ya know?!!! And 24 hours for something this SERIOUS? I don't think so.....great way to make a good impression...for new players..taking the money and running!

UPDATE

Finally got in...they were kind enough to give me a bonus since I didn't ask them not to even though I couldn't get in at first....

I guess they knew I would need that bonus to hit this......on my free spins at 2 bucks a pop.....

Robwin...You must have had a horshoe where the sun don't shine to be able to make your wagering requirements AND withdraw to boot.... after a session such as mine...I guess I had the boot in the rear.....

I also had some of those low hits too Sil, but like you said I was lucky at the time...I couldn't get too much to hit on that slot you are playing there either...:)

kills me that EVERY casino wants docs for a withdrawl, as "an account holder's security" is so important.

lets just say i was shady and underhanded, i stole my wifes credit card and make lots of deposits...no docs needed to prove i'm her correct?, but if i wanted to withdraw, i need to send docs to protect who exactly?

Mike, they would send payment to her, and she might even forgive you if the win was large enough, or leave you if it was massive:lolup:

Hi SierraDawn,

To update you on the uninstall issue.

There was a bug with the old uninstaller (that would manifest in Vista, under certain circumstances) that has
since been fixed. New installs of the software will contain this fix.

People that installed from a version prior to this fix can update the uninstaller by installing "over" their existing installation - by Downloading the casino and re-running it.

Gold Rock and All Star are completely separately owned casinos. Each are independently owned, and are not owned by Wizard Gaming.

I will post an update on the Gold Rock payment method question you posed on their thread to keep things a little organized.

Changing EXISTING games can lead to problems. These are not of a technical nature, but of trust. When casinos change games to suit requirements, even at the request of players, it shows that the software allows for the tampering of games. Players only have the work of the casino that they will actually be told a game has changed. Changing games, followed by a number of players losing their shirts at the casino, swiftly leads to accusations that the RTP has been reduced, having been higher as an initial lure.
If you think this does not happen, come over to the mainland. It happens with Fruit Machines all the time. New ones are set to a higher RTP to get players interested, once players are familiar with the game, and are playing, the RTP is reduced, often as low as 70%, but players are never told, and it can be pretty damn hard to notice (unless you are one of those "pro players" with a "refill key";) ).

Appreciate your thoughts on this.

There does however seem to be a number of players that do specifically want some games with higher levels of variance and some more free-spin with wild-multipliers.

We want to be responsive to that, so we will change a number of games to meet these player requests.

I will be direct about saying which games we changed and which will have different variance levels.

This will let players that want more variance know which games to play.

I can see how some players might perceive a change to an old game as having a hidden agenda behind it, but hopefully with the directness that we will handle the issue players will trust that our motivation is as I say it will be and is not with another purpose in mind.

Of course, when we do increase the variances on certain games, that will lead to bigger wins on those games, and thus less frequent wins, so that must be kept in mind the first time those games are played after we make the changes I mention.

But they are that once you play one or two of them, the bonus rounds are the same, and many do not have any bonus/free spins at all...so that makes them become dull and uninteresting once you know what a small payout it is and what it takes to hit the bonus. No anticipation for a "big" hit or the thrill of the hunt for the free spins/bonus rounds....just ...blah.....

I am amzed and disappointed on the amount you win for 5 oak on some of them..it is less than the bet!!! Not worth the time or money to play for real at all IMO, even if you did do good Robwin! That had to take you HOURS to win...

Just one question, did you get that"thrill" on any one of those games (that big hit kinda thrill on one spin?)

As one singer sang...the thrill is gone baby~~~~ :D

Have heard that song, yes. :)

Different and more complicated bonus rounds are in development.

We will be coming up with games that have more variance and more free spins with wild multipliers to give higher payouts on wins.

As RobWin has found though, even the current slots will let you win big!

There are a lot of things we want to do with our slots and we will look forward to introducing them to everyone when we release them.

I do believe customer support was in contact with your query silcnlayc. We apologize for the locking of your account. This is certainly a case of extremely unlucky timing. The minute after you deposited, Wizard Gaming updated their software which in turn caused internal automatic security protocols to be configured to their highest setting, which accidently caused your account to be suspended. We immediately went about rectifying this issue and again apologize for the error.

Hello Max1Mike. I'm sure most people that visit an online casino for the first time do not wish to be asked for their documents before they can deposit, as most come to play. Not only that but many people value their personal data and would find it uncommon for a casino (or any business for that matter) to ask for/know all your personal details before you've actually made a deposit. I can assure you that every deposit that has entered the casino is thoroughly checked via the same security department that authorizes withdrawals. If for instance you did take your wife's credit card and deposit using it we would check the authenticity of this transaction as thoroughly as we do with any transaction, in or out. Sending documents protects both the player and the player's depositing methods. Submitting our requested documents and having them authorized confirms the identity of the player and their account to ensure their identity (or someone else's) has not been stolen and they are in fact who they say they are, rather than a fraudster trying to commit a criminal act. As per our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to ask for player documentation at any point in a player's life-cycle, which I can ensure you we enforce when we feel necessary.

Please don't hesitate to ask me more questions.

Forgot to ask what is up with the slot Happily Ever After? Cute slot, but you would think hitting the fairy scatters during freespin mode would either pay a scatter pay or retrigger and it does neither...why? What's the point of having them during free spin play if they do nothing except take up reel space and keep you from winning anything? I did make $4.00 on all those non paying free spins betting $2.00...YECH!!!

With our next version, we will be improving our free spins in a number of ways.

1) Scatter symbols will not "do nothing" in free-spins rounds anymore. Instead, they will either pay or re-trigger free-spins.

2) You will never win less than 10 free-spins (there may be exceptions for games that have very high free-spins multipliers).

3) Free spins will always include one or more of the following: a) Wild Multiplier; b) Multiplier on all line wins; c) free-spins re-triggering feature. This will ensure that you win a lot more money during free spins rounds.

If you are making changes to existing games, why not offer a clone instead? Some new pictures to go along with the new paytables and variance. This would elimate any possible player confusion or suspicion of underhandedness. Not all your customers come here to CM.

Wizardgaming, I respect your forthrightness and sincere desire for player input to improve your casino software, and I am confident you are on the right track.

That's a good point.

We will recommend to our operators that they also make announcements concerning which games have been updated and the reasons for the update.

It takes a lot of time to do each of our slots, so to deliver the extra degrees of variance and free spins changes players have asked for it is necessary to update some of the current games.

Going forward with new games there will not be as much need to have to update older games.

I will however spare the board any singing of my own. :)

"ALL STAR SLOTS" excellent service !!

Just had to come back here to post about what a first class operation "All Star Slots Casino" really is !! As you all know by now if you have bothered to read this thread that I had a decent win there this past Saturday Nov. 15th and this was my first deposit and my first withdrawal so I had to send in the needed docs for identity purposes and all, well I sent them in on Saturday and since the security dept. was not at work until yesterday (Monday 17th) they were approved yesterday....

I had originally requested that my withdrawal be sent to my bank account by way of wire transfer and that was also approved but I would have normally chosen QT as my withdrawal method but since I had not deposited with QT I could only choose wire transfer as a withdrawal option in the cashier.

So yesterday I made a comment in a post up above that I would have preferred that I could have chosen QT as my withdrawal method and the new Rep here "All Star Slots" passed this on to Sam Busch, the Casino Manager at All Star Slots and at 6:30am this morning I get an email from him saying that he has been informed by his colleague that I would like to have my withdrawal to be sent via QT and he asks me to provide my QT account number to them so they can process my payment as soon as possible.

Mr Busch also went on to say that he apologizes for any delay and inconvenience that this might have caused me...Now if that is not the absolute best top notch service then I don't know what is !! My QT account was credited with my withdrawal only 30 minutes later...with security docs having to be approved and all and a payout in less that 24 hours this is totally one of the best new casinos to arrive on the scene in a long time now and I for one look forward to their continued success and many more future withdrawals on my part !!

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: To "All Star Slots"

Thanks

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to say thanks to RobWin for his positive comments. We aim to make all our customers as happy with the service we provide just like RobWin has experienced. :D

If anyone has any further questions please let me know and I'll be happy to help!

Any indications on when thee slot upgrades will be live?

We are working on them at the moment.

I wouldn't want to post a date publicly, as it's always our goal to release top quality software only and if things need a bit more testing for us to be sure of that, that's time we just need to take.

Ok, I went back and played again...won a little..made a withdrawal (testing the waters) to my web wallet.....emailed them my fax back forms ....got the clock ticking....hopefully I will have the same luck as Rob on the speed of processes :D

Hi silcnlayc,
I'm really glad to hear you're pleased with the service you have gotten regarding your withdrawal. We hope to always provide these standards and better to all our members. Great to hear we've made your "Keepers" list too! ;)

Thanks for your suggestions RobWin! If only I could be like the genie in our Genie's Fortune video slot and grant them for you this instant I'm sure you'd be really happy! I know Video Poker is definitely on its way, but as for Keno I'd have to pass that along to Management (and then on to Wizard Gaming) to see whether it is planned.

Then again...if the people want it...! :D

I was happy to hear that the casino made some tweaks to the games but what was the point of these changes if the outcome is exactly the same or even worse?

I went back and played hundreds of spins just to prove to myself I wasn't dreaming, but I couldn't prove that the wins I kept getting it was a fluke..the change in spins for the Happily ever after game was changed from 3-5-8 to 8-10-18 respectively that was looking like a positive change but when played it the outcome was even worse than the 3 spins... The most I made o na $1 bet was $4 on 18 spins...go figure..below was from a $1 bet for 10 spins..and $2 at 8 spins...

So whats different? This is where a player expects to get back some of the money invested to continue to play and draw out the playtime but it seems this was lost on the casino or done on purpose to appease the masses that couldn't believe such a bonus round could happen with so few spins...so they upped the spins and reduced the payout even more...

I thought like a lot of you that they were going in the right direction but it seems they are not going in any direction but their own to continue to draw players in to drain them dry...shame cause as I said before, they are cute games...but I just had to see for myself one more time..yes, I am a glutton for punishment and can't believe casinos actually do this to a player and expect to keep them but I was wrong here..very badly wrong..
So I ask "WHATS THE POINT?" of these changes when they do nothing at all?

Has anyone hit 5oak yet since the "change"? They are as elusive as Elvis in the building...

It took a good 50-75 spins just to hit these and the return is......go figure....the return to me is....AVOID like the plague at this time.....

Hi silcnlayc:

In response to player feedback the slots were all too low variance we increased the variance levels in the games I mentioned in the Wizard thread.

This means that you can now win more at those games, but as another forum member pointed out back when we were discussing this, it now means payouts are now more volatile as the variance has gone up.

So while you can win a lot more, it is likely that the _average_ spin on the games will not return the same win level as they had before.

For players looking for a higher number of wins without the chance for as large a win as some of the reconfigured games have now there are the games that we did not change that I would recommend.

So while you can win a lot more, it is likely that the _average_ spin on the games will not return the same win level as they had before
I agree, the wins shouldn't be as much as before if they were at all decent but they weren't then and are not now but what were they before? They were just as lousy and that was the reason you had so much bad feedback..

Only 1 other casino comes to mind in making changes to their games and that was Rival..their pay tables were atrocious and after so many avoided the place, they came out with some really decent games that one can say "WOW" too.

Your games still lack both...the decent payouts and the "WOW" factor..

At least Rival has gotten it right (after a year hiatus by many including me) and have drawn me back with their games that are worth investing in knowing if that one hit comes, you will get your investment back and maybe a little more..

Now your games are looking to be in the league of 3Dice....lousy payouts, lousy bonus rounds IMO and some others too..

How can a casino justify a bonus round payout to a player investing $75-$100bucks to win 60 cents more often than not...one might be a fluke, 2 is a trend, 3 is just downright ridiculous?? There is no excuse for these kind of payouts except greed....

Fair play is all we ask...knowing we are on the losing end all the time and knowing we will lose all eventually, ...but we are willing to lose to have a chance at the fun/playtime and maybe a nice hit or two in the long run...we are gamblers!

But these hits are truly an insult to a player investing hundreds of dollars for a chance at what? $4 dollars..$10 dollars...naw...not my cup of tea..

I played $2.00 on Rivals new games and hit $900....this is what we are looking for, that one hit and we do not mind paying for it and yes I invested a lot but at least I got that back and can now reinvest it at my leisure..and them knowing they will eventually get it all back and them some too..

I guess, I am just getting tired like many of being considered stupid...knowing that we are being taken advantage of....and just disgusted at oneself for believing .....and being an optimist only to get knocked down again...

Was playing Happily Ever After this afternoon myself and I did hit a win of 108 coins with bets of 20 after I won free spins.

Here's my screenshot.

So one can most definitely win.

I have a real account that is viewed no differently than is anyone else's account by the gaming servers!

Playing a little more and won 248 coins on a 20 coin bet after not very much time at all.
Which is an embarrassment to your casino for a bonus round (I wouldn't brag about those wins too much) and which is an insult to the players IMO...If you think winning a buck on the bonus round is fair..than I rest my case and cannot express how bad that is..look at the amounts the winner screenshots are for free spins on 20 cents and 40 cents..these are what should be the win possible..not a buck...sheesh..I guess I am done... Are we really supposed to get excited over winning a dollar when you know this is the real potential a spin SHOULD have that yours is lacking???

These are spins at 40 cents courtesy of Jasmine and Srp in the winners screenshot section....thats 40 CENTS a spin...and yet you post a buck win on 20cents...sheesh...all done..stick a fork in me...

There are many more such as these from lowrollers (20 cents to 40 cent rollers)...The games you offer at this time does NOT have this potential...at all during a bonus round...IMO...lips are sealed...give me some tape...closing my door...I need to shutup..

This is why we are willing to invest a lot at these casinos...for the return...unlike spending hundreds to win a few cents at yours..is it making sense now how bad your bonus rounds are???

So that would actually mean that you most likely went upside down since this win was attained in the free spin mode meaning that say you won 10 free spins which would equate to a total bet of $2.00 and then the RTP was $1.08....

WOW! Over 5x bet... nearly 6x!!!

You are SERIOUSLY deluded if you think this is even on the bottom of the 'good scale'.

You need to decide where you stand: Either you offer low variance slots & are proud of it, or you make some major changes & have high variance.
Sorry, but you are way of the mark here.
You should have left the existing games as they were & developed completely new games with higher variance. I'm sure Rival wont mind admitting this was the exact same learning curve they went though. It didn't happen overnight by fiddling with existing games, it took them many months.
Even now some of their new games are pretty diabolical, but some are great!

If you would take one bit of advice; stop looking inwards - go register with some Rival, MG, RTG & Grand Virtual casino, play for 'fun' for a week or so & maybe you'll begin to understand what we are saying here.
Please accept this as constructive criticism - we all want you to make good slots and be successful!

Hi actualy you won nothing on those free spin rounds, because people who are affiliated with this casino are not aloud to play for real.

But you can still get your deposit back, and i guess you know this. but forget to mention this and was just demonstrating the win capacity.

It would off been good off you to mention this as alot off members here sign up for a affiliate programs, and would save them some time.

And would off been a better practise on your behalf.

Good luck with getting some free spin multiplyers on those slots.
You have the gaming platform to be a great casino! :)

CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG@ all stars

at the cash out it says 35.00 fee for under 1000.00 plus my bank charges 12.50 for a wire transfer deposite so 35.00+12.50=37.50

if i deposite 50.00 and hit for 100.00 =150.00 -47.50 isent that a big percent for a recreation player
thank you rockycatt

Was this post a joke ?? You are seriously kidding us aren't you ??:eek2:

Psstttt...........Wizardgaming

Albeit RTG, this is what I would consider a small win (not a measly $2.48 as a "bonus" round:D). Even allowing for the difference in bet size a bonus round that doubles a bankroll is exciting and stimulating while a win of a couple dollars, IMO, is a nuisance or as Rob said, a joke.

Well, i've tried some of the games in "fun" mode and i can easily see what everyone is talking about. But i also do see the potential for some really good games with good graphics.

I think it's great that wizardgaming is showing their willingness to consider player input and i only hope that the constructive criticism in this thread will lead to another good software platform.

As i understand it, this was only a minor adjustment so let's hope that future offerings will be more drastic and more in line with the input in this thread. Afterall, some of the more harsh or critical assessments come from players that could end up being your most loyal if you give them a good reason. ;)

hi all
well iam thinking of signing up to real money on this new casino.but i cant seem to find out were it tells me what currency i can play in.iam in Canada and the us dollar really sucks for us here at the monent, makes it rather costly to bet.can you play in your own currency at this casino?

i see the only way to contact them is by email is that correct.
a 1-800 number be handy or live chat at least be great.

I think not.
I'm 99% sure they only offer play in $US at the moment.
