Okay guys I admit I haven't had the best last couple of months with casinos... and I don't mean losing... I mean in terms of support, registering, depositing, bonus issues,... so my patience hasn't been the best.

But this one has got me beat. I know there was a thread started already about All Slots and payout issues but the op was paid within a week so.

I'm trying to be patient but it has now been 12 days since I made my withdrawal. It's now Friday afternoon my time and I suspect that it won't be processed today which will mean an even longer wait over the weekend then into next week.

I won't discuss too much but suffice it to say I have contacted the rep about this issue 2 days ago and though I did get a reply on the day (in which he stated he would get this sorted) I've not heard anything since from him.

I did write via email again this morning to customer support asking what was happening and got the worn out reply... docs take 48 hours to process etc etc.

I know some have mentioned that they've waited 15 days for a payout... but really is this normal? Or acceptable even for an accredited casino?

Nifty its a bank wire. But it hasn't even been processed their end yet so I'm told. There were issues with my passport not being accepted... again I won't say too much. However I will say I was not informed of this issue until I wrote to them 9 days later.

One of the things I am really concerned about though is something that was mentioned in the last thread about All Slots... that the withdrawal can't be seen in the transaction history. As we all know it should show as pending or processed... yet there is nothing. All Slots clearly states on their website that it should be thus yet for all intents and purposes it would appear I haven't made a withdrawal at all.

Is this related to the pab you have in progress?

If so, I'd stop posting now.

No nifty that was Wild Jack... though I know the PAB is still going I was under the impression that WJ has nothing to do with Jackpot Factory anymore?

But I was concerned with that hence why I posted last year asking if anyone had had any recent issue with JF. Nobody replied much to that thread so I figured that all was good.

Unfortunately I read the latest All Slots thread after I played

I see the operations manager (Ben Cohen) for JF logged in yesterday but has yet to follow up on my issue via pm.

I've been waiting on a withdrawal from All Jackpots since the weekend. I followed up today and was told by customer service that finance are still verifying my docs, which were sent Monday. I will start to worry next week if nothing is heard. It's a 4k withdrawal!

This is a personal lesson for me. I should just stick to my favourite casinos, who pay quickly, rather than being persuaded by email bonus offers.

It should be ok.

My last withdraw take 12 hours to skrill.. I have noticed that many of them has gone in tarnsaction history, when they have actually payed withdraw.

Don't know the reason why it disapear in transaction history. But has been worked me very good.

I remember the last time I made a withdrawal with them, I requested to be paid via bank wire but they sent me a check instead which took 3 weeks without notifying me. This could be the case so I suggest you contact them if you can.

I don't mind using either or... nifty...

If I deposit via poli ... ie from my bank account I would hope I would be paid the same.

If ... in this case I used a debit card it wouldn't have surprised me for them to ask for a scanned copy of it. Yet they didn't... all that was asked was proof of identity... and a recent bill.

Bank transfer shouldn't be hard.

Oh and how is Skrill cheaper when you have to pay for a withdrawal?

Well I really didn't want to go as far as a PAB....

but I've given the rep here time to respond

That's 500 bucks down the drain!!! New tyres I was counting on buying to replace the bald ones!!!

Ok PAB time.... believe me I didn't want to!!! But I sent a PM to the rep and no reply.

Geez... I just want to play and have some fun and not have to put up with BS!!!!

Oh and how is Skrill cheaper when you have to pay for a withdrawal?

Skrill charges $2.xx to send straight to your bank. The transaction is sent in AUD.

Bankwires attract an incoming bank wire fee of $15+ plus the conversion fees.

Neteller charges $6 per cash withdrawal via their debit card regardless of amount which is refunded for VIPs. All debit MasterCard transactions are free for purchases, so you could have bought your tyres with the card with no fees whatsoever.

It's not possible to be paid withdrawals via Poli. It's for payments to merchants only.

You must think I'm an idiot nifty... I'd pay all that shit if only they would pay!!! Now into 13 days later!!!

Im surprised you have issue problem with withdrawal from All Slots. Thats quite a concern. I used to play All Slots regularly but now I don't. I normally go to 32Red now who is much stronger business than All Slots is. 32Red will just squash All Slots to non existence soon anyway if All Slots won't payup. Then All Slots deserve to lose the customers. Casino got a choice, either do the right thing or lose the customer and lose business very quickly.

skrill

i have been using poli to deposit via skrill just load your account with it. that way there's no issue being payed back into skrill then paying the few dollers to get it sent to you bank in like 2 days ..has never been more than 3 working days for it to be in

Well I was hoping it would have been paid Friday their time and in my account by Sat my time... but nothing.

Re withdrawal methods... I do appreciate your suggestions nifty and others... thanks and I will take them on board for next time. But which method I've used is really not the point here (though one of the reasons why I chose bank transfer is that I've not had problems with it before. If I play in AUD I get the entire withdrawal in AUD... no conversion fees).
All Slots doesn't state on their website that there are any fees their end for bank wire (I made sure I checked)... and also when I entered my details to withdraw via swift there was nothing about charges (some casinos do charge a fee as you said nifty) which is usually evident by a drop down box at the bottom of the page when you enter your banking details.

My last email from them was 2 days ago when I was told that my docs are still being verified. There was an issue with my passport in that it wasn't approved because the corners at one end couldn't be seen (even though you could see the bio and checksum data clearly). I thought that odd as I've used the same image at many other casinos and not had a problem. But I figured they want to do things by the book so was happy to send an updated version which I sent in on 29/01... last wed.
However, I was not informed that my pp had been rejected. I didn't learn this until a week had gone by and only because I contacted support to ask why it was taking so long.

I contacted chat again this morning... same old story... waiting for approval by the finance dept... but nothing will happen as it's the weekend etc. Sigh. Oh and nifty you were right... they do charge a fee for wire transfer but as stated there is nowhere that it states such! The chat rep was helpful though in changing the method to my debit card (couldn't use Skrill as I hadn't deposited with it).

BTW I didn't mention previously that I hadn't played with any bonus so it's not like there would be issues there.

I'll wait till late Mon or early Tues to contact them again. I am most disappointed that I have not had a further reply from the JF rep since last Wed.

Have been flat out with other things so haven't had a chance to follow up with my All Slots payout issues.

Yes they did pay me eventually on the 5th Feb. 17 days later!

Happy they paid but had I stuck with the original payment method (bank wire) I would have been slugged with a $35US fee (as Nifty mentioned). Yet there is nowhere on their website nor within the casino withdrawal banking that informs one of this.

And apart from the original pm from the rep I have heard nothing since from him.

I was burned with Wild Jack before. And though I did get paid from All Slots it took a great deal of effort on my part to do so.

I would be very hesitant to play at a Jackpot Factory casino after this.

Hi, same here now. I requested a withdrawal (440,- Eur to Neteller) on Saturday.

Unfortunately I read the latest All Slots thread after I played

Yes.:( Suddenly they wanted docs from me. I wondered, because I´m a verified Member at AllSlots since 2010. Never had problems there. 48 hours are long gone and there is no response from the finance department.

oh dear,im in the same boat with alljackpots,i withdrew £2500 last fri,28th feb, then on sat,was asked to send in verification, which i did.followed this up with about a dozen emails,to be told it was all fowarded to finance dept for verification on 3rd march'this will take 48 hours',sent numerous emails since, asking for update...replys always say be patient, our finance dept are working very hard to verify you and we will shortly let you know!
tuesday 4th march i also recieved a phonecall,on my landline, from their finance dept,to verify me,i also pm the rep on here on fri 7th,but no answer.
worrying thing is,my withdrawal was showing as being processed on monday morning 3rd march, now when i log into my account,it shows nothing for withdrawals, only deposits, although the lady on the phone did confirm she was aware of the withdrawal request for that amount, and told me to enjoy my winnings!
if only i could....ive yet to recieve them....and to top it all, woke up with a cold from hell today....'things can only get better'
