That was the message I recieved from Davinci's on why all my bonuses were gone. At every rival casino i have an account with my bonuses were removed, on the day of my birthday of all things. the only one that put my bonuses back was Vegas Regal Casino. It looks like Davinci's is not going to help me. I have been a loyal player with the Rival gaming group for years now and they have allways paid me fast and i never had any problems untill this. I do not only play the free chips they give me, i do deposit as well. Can someone please tell me if they have this same problem. Cocoa casino was the only one that did this to me a long time ago but i didn't worry about it because i had the others to play at, but now they really took everythinmg away from me.

First of all I have to say that it's fun that you came out of your closet several years after you registred. :)

And to the question:

Yes! You are not the only one.

Rival casinos have a chain of doom where you get bonus banned if you are winning.

I am banned too. Vegas Regal have a policy that they are not using this banning system.

I can advice you to use Sloto'cash, Black Diamond and Box24 because they are on their own and not connected to the bonus banning system.

EDIT:
These three casinos are better with payments and support as well. At Sloto'cash I often get my withdrawals to NETeller within 3 hours. At Black Diamond/Box24 within 24 hours.

I knew this would be a Rival casino. What I really question is why anyone is playing any Rival casinos at all. I think they are a really risky venture right now and there is NOT ONE accedited Rival casino. I'd follow what CasinoMeister has confidence in and play what is on the accredited list.

You are not alone in this matter. As a loyal customer I have been really bad treated by those casinos under the Pantasia flag.
SlotsJackpot sent me an e-mail, from the VIP manager Kevin Arnott, that congratulated me to be upgraded to Vegas Gold Vip Member 2010-06-10.
As a Vegas Gold Vip member I have benefits like weekly promotions, fast cashouts etc.
In the mittle of July I suddenly got nothing. No VIP e-mails, no promos, no free chips, nothing.
I contacted the support, and they said that I was not eligble for any bonuses.
The support man couldn't really understand why, when he looked at my account. And I can't either. I have played there both with and without bonuses
and I have never yet been able to cash out anything.
This is how they treat Vip members at SlotJackpot. I have been VIP at other Rival casinos and being treated the same way. All under "Panatasia" flag.
So to avoid dissapointments, I stick to Slototcash,Black Diamond and Box 24.
They do not mess around with their members. It is a pity I think the slots are fun...

Trust me, you are not alone...I used to play at all of them and then after some wins they started bonus banning me one by one. Slotocash (which in two years I only had 2 cashouts) couldn't get above a 25% bonus after the last cashout. Box 24 ....no promos and Black Diamond which as very fast payouts are down to a 50% or 100% on Saturday and Sunday. I used to get more before cashing out. Vegas Regal does have bonuses but 9 times out of 10 they have a max cashout. Tropica I just cashed out at for the first time (basically painless) DOES still have bonuses listed. The rest are all uninstalled or closed. I like the software...actually I love the software and it is the only one I have cashed out in multiple times this year. Nothing from RTG.

So, cautiously I will play (with and without bonuses) and always hopeful they will get their act together.
 
My wife and I play rivals also - but these days only the 3 that the majority seem to play - Box 24, Black Diamond and Sloto Cash get our $$'s.

However my wife has found, at least in her experience that Sloto seems very tight. She is lucky to hit anything decent there and is about to give up, I think she may have cashed out 3 times in the past vs the $1000's in deposits she has made - but more than that, she really gets no play from her deposit and the entertainment value is gone when that happens.

I play Box 24, cashed out again last night $750 off a $25 deposit, and it was in my Ewallet this morning. I no longer get any promotions from Box 24 as I have cashed out A LOT, but that does not stop me from playing - in fact it is nice when I do hit something decent to know that I don't have to worry if I have hit playthrough or not - I can just go to cashier, withdrawal - and get live help to flush it.

So other than Sloto Cash seeming extremely tight - all 3 have excellent customer service - and extremely fast payouts.

I got tired of all the Pantasia group casino months ago and just stick with what I know works! I too was banned many times from promotions for absolutely no reason at other rivals - at least I understand why I am not getting any from Box 24 I have actually won more there than I have deposited in the last 2 months, so that makes sense to me.
 
I have felt the other way around, that Sloto'cash is looser than Black Diamond or Box24 but I am now totally sure of the fact that they are all the same.

They don't have a clue how to run promotions. They prefer more players to deposit without the bonuses, but INSULTING the players is NOT going to make them deposit MORE, but LESS.

They are losing LOADS of players because of this arrogant approach. They also have a problem with internal communications, where after insulting a player with a bonus ban, they make the insult even WORSE by continuing to send them all the promotions they can no longer have.

This is odder still, since Sloto is supposed to be independent of all the other Rivals, but SOMEHOW your banning at the other Rivals has influenced Sloto to follow suit.

It has long been suspected that this has NOTHING to do with "promotional abuse", and that it is merely enough to WIN, even without a bonus, for your accounts to be flagged as ineligible. They DARE not say this, but it does seem the ONLY explanation for those players that are NOT only playing the free chips and bonuses getting barred from the promotions.

Funnily enough, the Rival system should be issuing LESS in the way of bonus bans, because of it's ability to tailor player specific promotions down to several decimal places. It should be casinos using a "one size fits all" promotional model that should be issuing more "bonus bans", but Rival seems to issue more bonus bans than all the other casinos put together.

Despite this, they are clearly losing money, and simply banning players from promotions has NOT made a difference. Perhaps rather than insulting them by implying they have somehow "cheated" & earned a bonus ban, they should make it CLEAR just WHY they have been bonus banned, and what has to happen to get their account reviewed.

Currently, it seems that players who get bonus banned either argue their case to get them back, or uninstall the casinos that say "no" & redirect their play to those that have decided to allow a "human" to review the decision.

Box 24/SlotOCash banned me for no obvious reason within the same week maybe 6 months ago. (I have been bonus banned by all other rivals since launch.) Are SlotOCash still run by the same very nice people that started it? I meet them at ICE in 2009 and seemed extremely competent - only matched by Red32, and had a full understanding of the whole business/player situation/deep insight into all the casino games.. EVERYTHING seemed perfect for this casino really.

So, these "independent" Rival outfits are COLLUDING when it comes to this mysterious beast called "player rankings". Isn't that an offence under data protection laws to share this type of data between INDEPENDENT companies. It is only "legal" to share data between different divisions of the same company, which means even at Sloto and Box24, Rival is more than merely "the software provider".

Microgaming have said that they do NOT have access to, nor process "player data", yet Rival DO have access to, process, and circulate "products and data" attribitable to individual players. It is like Jackpot Factory telling 32Red how a player at both has operated their accounts with JF, and 32Red basing their own "player rankings" on information received from JF.

I have ONLY heard of this level of sharing when it comes to FRAUD with MGS, otherwise how you have "advantage played" promos with one group STAYS with that group, and will NOT affect how a different group classes you from the outset.

Rival have clearly NOT given a true account of how this "central ranking system" shares data between the different white labels AND THE 4 INDEPENDENTS.

Back when there was no band on US players I was a bad no deposit bonus abuser. I had so many accounts at the rewards group of casinos I got lost. I tried to redeem a $10 no deposit chip. when i couldn't redeem I contacted customer service. They proceeded to list all of my alias. I had at least 3 accounts at about 4 of there casinos. ( Getting to the point), What surprised me was that the customer service agent proceeded to ask me which account I wanted to keep. He deleted all the other bull shit accounts and put my accounts back in good standings. I felt bad for what I was doing to them and other casinos. So Deposited and changed my ways..My point is If other casinos would follow this logic and not treat everyone like a thief ,Rival might be able to keep its players. To be banned because you have more than 3 rival accounts is ridiculous. you would think they'd want you to have an account at all there casinos. The most insulting thing that happened to me was when I was a regular depositor at pantasia, and other rivals were coming out I tried the other casinos. I went back to pantasia deposited and the bonus was ,you deposit 40 and after playing the forty if you didn't cash out you would get another 40. I deposited I played I didn't cash out ..But no 40. Went to customer service and was told after the fact that I was bonus band and wasn't eligible for anymore bonuses but that I could still deposit If I chose to..I COULD STILL DEPOSIT ..AFTER THEY ROBBED ME OF $40...I have about 8 different accounts and counting at pantasia just to get the no deposit bonus...F...Them...

When I was bonus banned by the Rival system, the Sloto manager e-mailed me very shortly afterwards. She enquired if everything was ok on my account, then instantly restored bonuses there. Very good service if you ask me, i'm not a massive depositor.

They obviously share the database, no great suprise. But as most of us are aware, not subject to it.

This is what has changed. The Bonne Chance bans are now being enacted by the independents. We also have the problem that many players are bonus banned even though they have NOT been "abusing bonuses" at the other Rival casinos. These are the "good" players that casinos surely want coming back again and again, but it seems one big cashout at any one Rival casino gets them kicked to the curb at ALL of them. This means that Rival casinos will NOT get the chance to win back the money, it will end up elsewhere.

The issue has descended into farce (well, this IS Rival:rolleyes:). Whilst some are getting all the bonuses back, others are suddenly getting blanket bans that INCLUDE all 4 independent Rivals.

Others that HAVE got the bonuses back, find they are banned again days later, often triggered by a single small cashout.
