I wouldnt invest 800 euro in a slot when its cold. I had several sessions where i started on aliens with 20-30$ and ended up over 200-300$. It can happen

I always only plays 0.90$ bets on aliens ans never changed.

Sometimes i bust out very fast, but if i have a good bonus round or 2 then i had a decent bankroll that can last a while. On a good da ou cna end up in the bonus round all 10 spins and if you have 2-3 70+ bet sessions (which i has countless ones) then you're good!

Thanks Hoff, I have only played it a couple of times because I really don't like it. I did try give it a shot at .75 cents bet for a hundred spins and lost 46 euro on it before I gave up. Now I only play it at .15 cents bet if I have a low balance. My hat is off to you for your good fortune on this slot:notworthy

been about a a one win round to 2 lose so normal i noticed if you don't hit anything or feature in around 50 spins reload the game.

Well this certainly IS a space-themed game, because for sure your balance will disappear into the Black Hole of constellation Netent......

I've been playing this in fun mode in a 4-game set-up along with TFTUT, Evolution and Vile Torture. I have run about 20k spins through now, and EVERY session Faliens has lost more of the 5k starting balance than the rest. It has NEVER paid a profit, nothing over 225x stake and not once killed the Queer.

This experiment has also confirmed that older releases are much kinder than the new ones, as they invariably maintain my fun balance far better.

I gave it another bash last night and a bit more this morning - trying to figure out IF it is actually possible to win anything.

What I did conclude (probably not the first person to do this) is that basically the 1st and 2nd levels are BOTH what I would call "normal spins" on other slots, and that level 3 (the Hive) is the bonus round (or equivalent to free-spins on other slots); In the normal spins you are never likely to win much - the only way to get ahead is with 1 very good, or a series of half decent Hive Features.
That being the case - the "feature" is just too hard to hit on this slot (or at least, it has been for me so far).

Last night I played about 170 rounds @ €1.05 or €2.10/spin - no Hive feature - lost €90.

But today it was actually nearly good for a change! I don't know how many 100's of rounds I played - but I do know I played for 75 minutes and actually got the Hive feature twice! The first one went to the second pay-level, but the second on got stuck on the first pay - so I didn't win very much from them. But I did get stage 2 free-spins quite often - and I generally progressed further than I had previously.
I was spinning at various amounts: 75c (the vast majority), €1.05 & €1.35
Anyway - left the slot €115 up.

Conclusion: VERY low variance and a LOT of patience needed to be able to get ahead and leave with a half-decent profit.
IMHO You will likely NEVER get a big win on this. (e.g. Over bet x300).

Have played this game a little bit as I do like the graphics and an old school lover of the movie but its game play is so damn frustrating and just doesn't seem to have a lot of wining potential.

Every time I even think of going near this slot I hear the quote "Get away from her you bitch", I take that to mean the slot For a low variance slot it has a habit of taking a lot of money off you without giving much of anything back Netent variance at its finest I should think.

How frequently do you get to the queen stage? Had a run the other day and I went easily 25 times without even getting there. I didn't lose cos I had to up my bet to like 4.5 Euro a spin and recovered a wee bit and left.

Nate, hard to say.. Today i came to the queen in 3 of 14 bonus rounds. In average i would say maybe every 10th bonus round.... Or maybe even every 15th.... But often if you can make it far through the second bonus round you already finish with 30-60x bonus round! And thats huge id you consider how often you can trigger the bonus compared to orher slots where you chase the bonus round for 150 spins and then get 10x bet on a bad day....

Been quite new to the slots scene, how on earth did Netent mess this up so bad....Aliens is one of the greatest films of all time, and Netent whatever the payouts normally have a brilliant game graphic interface etc, but everything about this slot is awful, graphics sound et all.

It has nothing of the film atmosphere, guess the tea boys made this one...
