Just a heads up if you were thinking of trying this place.

The returns for me were really bad.
Live chat you wait a lifetime no response.
Email 3 times I sent my docs
3 times I got message delayed and Days later failed.

I hit this feature and then nothing in my last deposit but One

Then my next deposit I managed One feature this one.

Of course I was just unlucky :notworthy
but CS, i will be lucky if they acknowledge my account closure.

That does not sound too good considering their support dept. is on the Accredited List here as Clubworld !!

Yeah the CS is probably teething troubles but it goes through Clubworld so who knows.
Also I noticed that my last user defined autoplay was the same as Rushmore so that must be served from the RTG server.
Makes me wonder what else is globally shared between RTG casinos.

Are you sure the autoplay settings aren't global registry entries for all RTG casinos installed on ones computer? The only true way to find this out is to install the same casino on a different machine and see if it picks that up.

Oddly I dipped into another RTG to find out and all the filters were unchecked?
 
I made the request to close my account through live chat but was told I would have to email in the request.
I emailed in my account info etc stating I would like my account closed and have heard nothing since.
Account remains open.

Had to Edit that RobWin because I made a mistake.
I received that email from Vegas Casino online and assumed it was Aladdins palace since I had heard nothing from them.
Vegas online is not accredited and if they want all those docs just to close your account then I know why.

Haha! When I asked to close one of my Rival accounts last weekend they replied to me addressing me by my name and reuested, among other things, to give them my NAME.

I would just like to verify a few of the points already listed above. I have maade numerous attempts to reach the support at this casino.
Live chat I was left standing on three different occasions for over thirty minutes each time with no response yet. Emails have been unanswered for two days so far.
I have played the three initial deposit bonuses (100%, 75%, and yesterday the 50%) plus got a free 50 for verifying my account within 48 hours and have got zero game play.
Yesterdays $50 deposit plus 50% bonus was downright hilarious. I received a total of $98 of play out of a $75 while never once wagering over 20 cents a spin. Out of all them spins I had two $3 winners and three $1 and change winners and that leaves like 800 spins of pure scrap.
No customer service and no gameplay four sessions equals no more of my money. This place is a friggin nightmare .
