Ah that first spin!

It's happened a couple times now, you start that first spin with a small bet say .50 or .90 and bang the feature comes on the first spin....gives a decent 100x-300x win or even bigger....and then you go up the stakes and lose it all or the subsequent features barely pay out 10x

Happened to others as well I'm sure.....or am I the only unlucky one in the house....!?

I've had it the other way - betting high (sometimes by accident) and hit the free spin feature on the first spin! OHHH the excitement!!!! And the first spin pays......nothing. Second spin nothing....third fourth fifth spin....6th spin 4x bet...and the rest...nothing!

If I got 100 to 300x bet on my first 50p or 90p spin, I'd leave the game and play something else.
What annoys me is getting a feature soon after starting, but only getting like 10 to 30x bet. So you stay on to try for something better. And it never comes

It does come. Not very often but we do win from time to time don't we? What would the reason be to keep on trying otherwise?

Each time you change your bet size it's like starting a new session. Just because it paid good on one doesn't mean it will continue to do so. Just as well as we change stake if the game doesn't pay....and then it sometimes hit.

If you don't want to get frustrated then never change your bet. It's that simple. Not winning is frustrating enough for me

You just reminded me, last Christmas I treated myself to a bit of high rolling at Next Casino.

I was doing well at Gonzo, got up to 2,000 so I thought, let's play DOA for a few proper spins.
Set the bet to € 9 and hit spin. Three scatters straight away. I haven't been that excited in a long time.
...and then I watched my hopes shattered with wild-less feature and 20x bet win.

Ah, well, soon be Christmas, see what happens this time
