WARNING Affiliates Who Target Problem Gamblers

I have no issues at all with identify fraud. On Tinder I am a 21 year old multi Millionaire called Dirk Diggler with a yatch, a maserati and personal attributes which would put a horse to shame :)
I just went with Kroffe when i created my Tinder account.
No wonder its hard getting matches when competing vs people like you!

I need to rewatch Boogie nights.

thanks for the screenshots
And Reddit - believe it or not, they've appeared on the useless shillcentric TrustPilot site too. No shit.

Heres one advertising rogues and some reputable names. Screenshots below from Live section from menu.

No screenshots of the rogue section for obvious reasons.

For giggles on this one. When someone with a law degree creates a site encouraging identity theft/fraud.

Excert removes name but is announced as an author on the site. Wording on sections from OP, the title has changed but didn’t change the content of the message which still encourages use of partners details.

Thought you were vetting your affiliates now?
This is acceptable from a responsible gambling point of view by you both?

if you want to win big, you have to bet more. Instead of betting four $1, bet $4 in one game as it will give you better results, which will be a rationally perfect decision.

Thats forgetting about the non gamstop section.

There should only be one outcome for those that mix shady sites with accredited sites. Close their affiliate accounts and make sure they don't make a penny going forward.

Encouraging fraud and placing bigger bets to win more. Crikey.

Heres another Casino.xyz this time the scam sites are hidden ;) This covers some very major UKGC certified sites

Some names that also have reps on here:

Same page just pretty far down - Orange text is a link

Sites links/images below are blanked out to avoid inapropriate advertising:

Hi @arw5533 ,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The affiliate is not working with us, they are direct links to our site and not affiliate tracking links so we can't remove them our end and of course this affiliate would not be approved by our compliance department. We will contact them and ask them to remove our brands as it is not acceptable.

Regards,

Jack.

Morning @colinsunderland,

We are vetting affiliates, as stated the links are direct links to our site, not affiliate links. Of course, no, it is not acceptable from a responsible gambling point of view.

As said above to the OP we we will contact the affiliate and ask them to remove our brands.

Regards,

Jack

Yes people - I have come up against this issue numerous times in some work I am carrying out presently. These fraudulent scam casino affiliate sites are often placing images of legit sites, with no affiliate agreement, in order to provide a veneer of respectability to the numerous criminal casinos they DO get paid for. It's all part of the scam.

Just bumping this up since this is another topic I am covering in the 2020 awards (to be announced more than likely Tuesday 2 February) . This whole thread is frustrating knowing that these folks are fully aware of what they are doing, and not one regulator or main stream news service even addresses this. Prove me wrong.

I think it's disgusting that accredited casinos advertise on these sites and don't do anything about it. They all use compliance tools now, and check affiliate sites regularly, yet that casino . xyz site is still live, still showing non gamstop casinos with loads of UKGC licensed casinos still advertising, including @Team.Videoslots in the top position.
Others advertising on there are
@WhiteHatGaming
@L&L-Jan
@Krystal_EGO
@Karolina Filip
@TradaCasino

If any site is using non-GAMSTOP keywords their 'legit' accounts should be closed. The only exception is when it's a compliant affiliate site ONLY promoting licensed casinos, but which has a page or article WARNING about the type of casinos you see on these non-GAMSTOP rogue affiliate sites.

ANY affiliate promoting scam, fraudulent and criminal casinos should NOT be someone a legitimate, compliant affiliate programme has a relationship with. It's fucking simple, it really is. :mad:

I think this site falls into that category

Casinos not on Gamstop

Here, we list casinos that are not on Gamstop. Gamstop is a self-exclusion service that let’s you block yourself from all UK licensed casinos. However, when on gamstop, you can still play at casinos outside of the UK, that are not licensed by the UKGC. This can be good if you have self excluded by mistake. Another reason to play at non Gamstop casinos is that they often offer better bonuses for players, as they are not regulated. At scum.xyz, you’ll find a list of recommended casinos not on Gamstop, with their current bonuses and sign up offers. We would like to encourage you to always play responsibly, and avoid playing at these casinos if you are having trouble doing so.

Yes, I've seen that site numerous times in my research role. Should have all their licensed aff. accounts shut. Saves them legacy payments, I cannot see why they don't.

Wonder how huge amount of people just register to Gamstop by accident, it's not really one click mistake to get registered there but this statement for reasons people might need casinos outside of Gamstop has really found it place to some sites.

Certain sites have begun trying to look responsible while showing non gamstop links:
"This website is made for informational use only. We ask you always to gamble responsibly. If you have any history of compulsive gambling or believe you could suffer from problem gambling, this list should be used as a list for manual self-exclusion from the websites which are not on Gamstop."

Of course when you chuck a few bonus offers and links to those sites underneath...its clearly to help self exclude manually

Bingo. The bottom line is that there is no need for this information. It's a ruse - a faux disclaimer - of course they want you to click those links with these bonus offers. Bottom feeding scum suckers.
