Hi guys. Must say I am very shocked about email I have just received.

I have been in lot of contact with these guys last many months to try find ways to increase revenues and results.

But communications seems to be very much on the downside. Strange replies back and sometimes had to push a lot for answers which is not acceptable for a big accredited affiliate group like this.

To comment on below email I just received I can inform I have had active revenue and depositing players. Also had some new signups in last 6 months.

This gotta be a very rogue step they are taking. Would like to hear back from other affiliates as I am in quite big state of shock as looked at these brands to really give them good push when my new word press sites are soon ready here is also Denmark my target as I am native Danish and they have some great brands to promote like Betsafe, Nordicbet and Maxino Casino which are also accredited here.

I have sent reply back to them which I am awaiting and will update here when i hear back :(

Dear affiliate,
We are writing to notify you that your account has been inactive for the past 6 months (has not generated a minimum level of activity / new depositing players).
Under rule 7.9 of our terms and conditions the Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate’s accounts and to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit.
Consequently our Affiliate Agreement is now being terminated. Your October and remaining unpaid commission will be paid out early November and your account will be permanently shut down on November 1st, 2013. You will not be eligible to earn or receive Commissions after the effective termination date.
Regards, Affiliate Lounge

Okay already got reply back from Daniella :)

It was a good answer BUT I don't really understand why they would send something like that to their affiliates? :what:

If they feel results are not there or not good enough surely a small kind email, with what can we do to improve results would be appropriate??

In regards to new depositing players was actually correct but I have had good revenue almost every month from past players so not really satisfied with first email

Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

The reason why we sent this email is to reactive our partnership and start to see activity again in your account. We have not received 1 New depositing player in the past 6 months on this account, and we would like to discuss the possibilities we have to drive traffic to our brands.

What did you have in mind with our brands?

BR

But yes Rogue was bit steep from me. If you take the email they sent out then that is surely not good.

i did not receive that, but, relating to answers, i think its a bit strange also
send an e-mail 2months ago, did not receive any answer until now

The same here and i find betsson is also already lifted. They are going the same way how some other big companies, where are megalomaniac and their only interest is to get new players. We will let partners like this only listed because it makes no fun to work with such partners.

Dear affiliate,

It came to our attention that your account has not been generating much activity for the past 6 months (has not generated a minimum level of activity / new depositing players).

This is a gentle reminder that under our terms and conditions the Company reserves the right to set limits for a minimum level of activity on Affiliate’s accounts and to terminate any agreement not reaching the limit.

We have looked at your account and your dedicated Affiliate Manager has decided not to terminate our agreement but to closely monitor your account activity for the next 3 months and give the opportunity to start promoting us actively on your website(s). We are hoping to see an increase in your account activity during this monitoring period or your account will be indeed terminated after the review period (end of this year).

It's tough, I agree, but if the term was there when we signed-up we can't really call the program "rogue" for enforcing the term.

That would make us no better than the players who call for casinos to be rogued because they have a term they don't like and didn't know about because they didn't bother reading the T&Cs before they signed-up and agreed to them.

Just like with casinos, you have to try to see these issues from both sides (well I do, at least); why should they keep paying you if you haven't "done your job" for 6 months?

I do OK with Affy Lounge - never earn very much, but get regular sign-ups so I don't think I'll be getting that letter anytime soon.

Hi KK, i don't say they are rogue but we don't like this kind of communication with partners, it says so much.

I respect you and you are a longer time affiliate as i'm but we must make different between activity, no activity or not much activity.

If there is no activity i can accept but if there is activity i find it as impertinence.

Most of the partners registered some years ago and you can't remember whether there was other terms&conditions.

What they want is, new players and fact is, they are sitting on a bigger lever.

We will always having different opinions about marketing strategy and communications with partners and that's okay.

I really believe they not need us as partners to earn money.

Personally i like Casino Euro with it's variety of different games.

Some years ago i visited betsson group on Malta and were impressed from this company but after a short time managers became other positions or left the company.

At this time betsafe was integrated and things has changed.

Fun makes to work with smaller companies where are not coming to the idea to change something.

Important is to know how the owners are thinking and want to work in this business and not only thinking in the interest for the company how to earn more money.

I fully agree with you here KK. Reason I also took my "Rogue" back as it came out bit harsh.

BUT they should not just send you a email stating we are now closing your account.

Surely they should first send you email that they want to improve results and if we can not get any improvements within certain time frame then we are in our rights to close your account as per terms.

BUT hope you guys can please confirm that Affiliate program Backend is also SO SLOW for you? It takes ages for me to load up when signing in and also navigating around.

Everytime i want to check different stats it is so slow nothing I have problems with on other programs.

And no I have a top spec computer now and also high end internet running on 76/22mbit.

BUT I was also upset again about their stats update. I had earnings of just over €60 only but still enough for a payment. I check last days last month. Even on 2nd October that amount was still there. Suddenly when I checked yesterday it had jumped down to €4 I simply am not happy with that as seems very strange.....

My problem in all this is that I really like all their brands a lot. And soon when my Danish wordpress site is ready then its a great affiliate program for me as well to push hard in Denmark as all brands have license there. But makes it hard with problems I have written about here. Daniella though said they are working on the slow problems.

But then again I was told that last year as well by my former affiliate manager

You are right here KK BUT revenue is lifetime. So if someone has referred them players who generate income then surely anyone is entitled to their earnings no matter if promoting them still.

Oh yes, definitely I agree with you that they should give fair warning before closing accounts; I would like to see them give 3 months for affiliates to try to improve their results.

No problems here with the affy back-end - except last time I checked they had virtually no banners to work with!
(Apparently they're updating their library)

Also no problems with payments (into my player account); always get paid before the middle of the month without fail. And there doesn't seem to be any minimum as it's often been under €50.

Hi yes I had some problems with payments last year with lot of delays. But all my last payments has been paid nicely start of month and can only praise them for that

So you are not experiencing any slow loading etc? Okay maybe time for me to try out a fresh installation or different computer then :)

Affiliate Lounge is dead slow with me as well.

But that is not my biggest concern with them.. Have you guys noticed the crazy fees they operate with?

After Maxinopartners and Nordicbet Partners moved from Income Access over to Affiliate Lounge my earnings decreased a lot. Their casino bonus "fee" is very high compared to others leaving only crumbles. 3-4k in "casino gamewin" can leave only e few hundred in earnings.

As a result of this I am not giving Affiliate Lounge brands any exposure on my new sites.

Glad you posted this Paaske, i have issues with them too:
Since the takeover of Nordic (only one i promote of the group) communication has been lacking, despite several attempts from my side to reach a certain lady who is supposed to be my point of contact.

Sent three mails, from very friendly to slightly insulted, and have waited longer then three months for a reply.

Unacceptable really, but still have them listed, without really knowing why: i was happy with Nordic, even though it didn't earn me anything.
Without going into much detail, i can safely say that my (to me important) questions remain unanswered, and i even suspect lying, or misinformation from her/their side.

Can't say i'm charmed atm.
And indeed the program loads VERY slow, sometimes lacking a bunch of info i am looking for, and the questions this has raised are like i said unanswered:
I hope they read this and will "pick up" soon...

I have good faith but i really reached my limit: it's hard to trust a "partner" that is "forced" on you and doesn't respond adequately, if at all.
