I have just been bonus banned by an accredited casino that offer a standard bonus for every day of the week. I contacted support when i could not see the bonus in the Cashier as it normally is. the reply was that I was a WINNING account and it was managements decision to bonus ban me and the decision was final.
Seems they have the Do Not Dare To Win Policy going on.
What I do not understand about this behaviour from a Casino is - Do they not realise that my lucky streak would not last forever and they would be the winners in the long run ?
All they have achieved is LOSING a player.
My mind boggles sometimes.
Anyhow I have private messaged the rep here and just waiting for a reply to hear his thoughts on this.
Meanwhile I will deposit and lose my money elswhere.
That's the usual one. I just quit playing for a while after a decent run, so may be bonus banned at more places than I know about.
The odd thing is that many just won't ADMIT that you have been bonus banned for being a winning account. I was bonus banned long ago by Roxy Palace, and at the time I was £5000 ahead. I asked what was up, and instead of telling me that I was not getting offers now that I was so far ahead, they gave me a load of bullshit. First, they said they hadn't even run a newsletter promotion that week, even though they ALWAYS did, and had done for over a year. When I told them this had to be wrong, because a copy of the newsletter that they "hadn't run this week" was available in the lobby, and I was looking at it - they said they had sent me the newsletter, but my spam filter must have blocked it, even though it was the first time it would have done that. I checked my spam folder, and confirmed it wasn't there. They then said they had discovered that there had been an error, and "some players" had not received the email because it had not been sent, and they would fix it. They did, and for a couple of weeks I got the newsletters again, but upon my very next withdrawal, they stopped again. They tried the same set of bullshit & lies again, so I "outed" this on the forum here, and the rep was finally forced to admit that management had intervened, and taken me off the list simply because I was £5000 ahead, and didn't need any more offers.
I had suspected this right from the start, but why did I have to fight so hard to drag the truth out of them.
If they are so ashamed of treating winning players like this that they have to invent lies to cover up for them, they shouldn't be DOING it in the first place.
I have more respect for a casino that is honest, and tells you that you don't get offers because you have been so successful at the games. It stops you wondering whether you have been "flagged by security" for some reason or other, and need to clear your name in case the problem follows you to the casino who next gets your custom.
My experience is that it is more common to get bonus banned after a lucky streak than to carry on getting bonuses however much you are ahead.
The ONLY casino that has carried on giving me 100% offers and all the other stuff despite me being well ahead is 32Red. Here, it is clearly based on playing activity, and not the results.
