Hello,
First off i'd like to say that I really like this website. I have spent some time perusing the articles here and I think that it is one of the best gaming portals around.
I have been designing a portal in my spare time and have been looking for some advice on advertising alternatives to affiliate programs.
Some questions I have are:
Is there a rough formula that one could use to calculate what to charge for advertising, based on the number of visitors to your site? Which casinos are willing to pay for this type of advertising?
Also, is there a decent gambling webmaster's forum or group around? I tried the GPWA but after 1 thread of discussion I decided to keep looking. They didn't seem impressed that I quoted an article from casinomeister.com and were very distrusting, suspicious and rude.
Finally, which quality (content-rich) gambling portals don't use affiliate programs?
Thanks in advance,
Wayne
